Platelet-rich plasma – a procedure that will delight you

Vampire lifting, because this is commonly called platelet-rich plasma treatment, is a hit in recent years. It is used by women like you, but also by television, politics and music stars. It guarantees amazing results and quick skin regeneration. Once you use it, you get addicted!

Although seemingly a vampire lifting seems like a painful and difficult procedure, in reality it is completely different. Platelet rich plasma, which is obtained from the blood of the patient herself, is 100% safe and can work wonders. The treatment strongly regenerates, filling wrinkles and guaranteeing a natural effect. It is a great alternative to botox or other more interfering treatments.

What exactly is platelet rich plasma and why is it so beneficial to our skin?

Dr Lidia Majewska, who performs platelet-rich plasma treatments at the J’adore Institute, explains it. It is a non-surgical method of reducing wrinkles and skin rejuvenation. The treatment is completely safe without the risk of allergies or complications. As you know, everything that comes from nature is … the best!

Platelet rich plasma is obtained from the patient’s blood. After taking the blood sample, Dr. Majewska places them in a special centrifuge. It separates plasma that is rich in growth factors – so-called peptides. They are the elixir of youth. They naturally, but also effectively stimulate cells to regenerate, renew and divide. Skin tissues begin to repair themselves.

Does it hurt? How is the whole procedure going?

There was a misconception that platelet rich plasma surgery must be painful. It is completely different – the fact is that you feel the blood donation, as in a typical laboratory, followed by the introduction of a revitalizing cocktail deep into the skin. How much we feel this depends on two factors – the pain threshold and body parts on which we apply vampire lifting.

Before each treatment, Dr Majewska performs a thorough interview with patients to make sure that there are no contraindications for its implementation. These include pregnancy, lactation, cancer or blood, as well as permanent intake of anticoagulants. Then you go to action. Initially, blood is collected – one sample (up to 8 ml), which is placed in a centrifuge. The amorphous gel in it allows the separation of platelet rich plasma from red blood cells.

When the preparation is ready, it begins to be injected into selected parts of the body – the skin of the face, neck, hands. Stem cells begin to multiply, regenerate and revitalize the skin. Apparently, it can be rejuvenated and deeply moisturized. The whole process takes about 60 minutes.
