Therapies dedicated to the scalp

The problem with delicate, thin and often falling out hair affects a large number of people. The reason may be genetic conditions, hormonal disorders, stress, inadequate diet, as well as poor care. However, there are therapies dedicated to the scalp that perfectly deal with these problems. These include, among others:

Carboxytherapy, which is a procedure involving the administration of medical carbon dioxide into the scalp with a thin needle. This process stimulates the creation of new blood vessels, improves micro and macro circulation, intensively stimulates metabolism, and improves skin elasticity. There is a strong nourishment of hair follicles, hair bulbs and stimulation of empty hair follicles for the production of new hair. Carboxytherapy is a minimally invasive and completely safe method.

The first 4 treatments are performed every 1 week (shock therapy), the next 4 treatments every 2 weeks and then every 1 month (maintenance treatment). Prophylactically, the procedure is performed once every 3 months. The procedure takes about 30 minutes.

Immediately after the procedure, there may be erythema, petechiae, small bruises that may persist for several days. It is not advisable to use skincare cosmetics (hairspray, dry shampoo, etc.) up to 24 hours after the procedure.

Needle mesotherapy

is a procedure involving the administration of active substances (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, peptides, coenzymes) into the deeper layers of the scalp by injection. This allows you to stop excessive hair loss, stimulates and accelerates hair growth and significantly improves their quality. Intensively revitalizes hair bulbs, stimulates circulation in the hair follicles, preventing scalp problems, increasing hair density and thickness. The preparations used for the treatment are dedicated to the scalp, thanks to which the method is effective and safe.

Plasma is an autologous preparation obtained in the process of centrifugation of blood previously collected from the patient. The mechanism of action of plasma injection is based on the use of the body’s natural regenerative abilities. Treatment uses concentrated platelets that release into the scalp growth factors. Tissue repair process is stimulated and the formation of new blood vessels is stimulated. Treatment inhibits hair loss, stimulates their growth, increases density and improves fitness.

It is worth mentioning that before the procedure, do not drink alcohol, do not take ibuprofen, aspirin, ketonal and anticoagulants for 5-7 days. It is also advisable to drink 1.5-2 liters of water on the day of the procedure. In order to obtain the best results, it is recommended to perform a minimum of 3 treatments at 3-4 weekly intervals between treatments. Duration of treatment 30-60 min.

Hair loss treatments can be combined to get better results. Therapies dedicated to the scalp can be combined with each other. For optimal effects, it is recommended to combine carboxytherapy with platelet rich plasma.

The first stage of the procedure is taking a few milliliters of blood from the patient, which is then centrifuged – and the resulting plasma is used to inject in the scalp. Mesotherapy treatment using platelet-rich plasma is preceded by carboxytherapy, which aims to increase blood flow in the treated area. The specialist then injects the scalp with resulting plasma. By combining two treatments, we can get even better results in the treatment of excessive hair loss. However, we recommend that you first consult a specialist to choose the most suitable method.
