How to care for hair after keratin straightening, so that the effect lasts as long as possible?
The most important rule for hair care after keratin straightening is to use special cosmetics for everyday styling. It’s best to buy a shampoo and conditioner in the salon. Products don’t contain unauthorized salt, but is also enriched with substances that help maintain the result as long as possible. If for any reason we cannot buy a professional shampoo with the conditioner immediately after the treatment, then a good temporary solution is to buy cosmetics that do not contain salt, silicones in their composition. There are some baby shampoos and organic cosmetics. We have a lot of different brands to choose from. You just have to remember to never permanently wash your hair with a regular shampoo.
Salt in the shampoo and conditioner used for hair after permanent straightening is not allowed because it contributes to the rapid leaching of keratin.
