However, the final results can be noticed only after a few – several days from the end of the treatment, depending on the vitamin mixture used. Basically, there is no need to prepare for needle mesotherapy treatment. All the details of the procedure are determined during medical consultation. Persons prone to bruising may start the process of applying the ointment with vitamin K directly to the treatment area seven days before the surgery.

Needle mesotherapy is a fully universal procedure that will work perfectly for both men and women. The number of needle mesotherapy treatments depends on the individual predisposition of the patient. The frequency is determined by the doctor. Usually about four needle mesotherapy treatments are recommended, carried out at least every two weeks. The exception is the maintenance phase, during which at least two treatments per year are recommended.

• Is needle mesotherapy associated with any side effects?
  No. Needle mesotherapy is a completely comfortable and safe procedure. Thanks to anesthesia the whole thing is also painless. Despite the lack of side effects, up to 24 hours after the treatment the skin may be irritated and reddened. However, these symptoms go through spontaneously.
• Is the needle mesotherapy treatment painful?
  If local anesthesia (Emla anesthetic cream) is used, mesotherapy treatment is completely painless.
