Hydrating programme for women

Your skin doesn't need more cream — it needs water at a deeper level

The most common goal is radiance, smoothness and comfort — regaining that luminous, "well-rested" complexion and a better base for makeup. Skin can be thinner and more reactive, so we choose gentler formulas and often add a soothing step. This is the classic hydrating course for women.
Czas
A single session takes a few dozen minutes; the full course is a series spread out over time
Efekt
Radiance from the first session; deep hydration lasts for weeks after the series
Regeneracja
None (zero downtime)
Seria
Series of 3–4 treatments every 1–2 weeks; maintenance once a month
Wykonuje
experienced cosmetologist

When it's worth it — indications

  • Dry, tight-feeling skin — that tight sensation after washing, discomfort in an air-conditioned office or on a plane.
  • Grey, dull skin with no radiance — dehydrated skin stops reflecting light and looks tired.
  • Skin after winter — frost and central heating weaken the barrier and dry the skin out.
  • Skin after sun exposure or a holiday — UV degrades hyaluronic acid and damages the barrier.
  • Oily but dehydrated skin — the dehydration paradox: shiny and tight at the same time.
  • Skin after dermatological treatment — retinoids or antibiotics can be quite drying.
  • Before an important event — a wedding, a photoshoot, a gala: skin as the perfect base for makeup.
  • Shallow lines from dehydration — fine lines that "disappear" once the skin is hydrated.

The areas we work on

  1. grey skin after winter, the heating season, or a drying treatment;
  2. makeup that "disappears" and highlights dry patches;
  3. preparing the skin before a wedding, a photoshoot or an important event;
  4. sensitive/vascular skin that needs hydration without irritation.

Your skin doesn't need more cream — it needs water at a deeper level

Female skin is biochemically different from male skin: a thinner epidermis, a weaker lipid barrier, and sensitivity to fluctuating oestrogen levels. During the luteal phase of the cycle, and in perimenopause, ceramide levels drop and transepidermal water loss noticeably increases. The skin becomes tight, dull, and lines between the brows can seem deeper than they did just a week before — and that's not an illusion. It's physiology.
Oily skin with dehydration is one of the most common conditions we see in our female clients. You wash your face thoroughly because it looks shiny — but that strips the epidermal lipids and fuels the cycle further. Sebaceous glands compensate by producing even more sebum, while the dermis remains short on water. The hydrating course breaks this cycle: it cleanses gently, delivers hyaluronic acid directly to where cream can't reach, and seals the barrier from the outside with growth factors.

What the course specifically changes for female skin

The most visible effect is on makeup. Hydrated skin means an even texture and a smooth base — foundation doesn't settle into lines or pores. Women who complete the series tell us they use less makeup and that it lasts noticeably longer. That's no coincidence: mesotherapy replenishes HA reserves exactly in the layer of skin that makeup relies on all day.
The second change is elasticity. Dehydrated skin develops shallow lines from fatigue, especially around the eyes and mouth. After a series of hydrating treatments, these lines visibly smooth out — not because we're filling them, but because the skin is hydrated and as supple as it should be.
  • Skin after hormonal treatment (contraception, hormone therapy) needs particular support — we tailor the protocol individually to the specific phase of therapy
  • Skin after peels and retinoids is intensely dehydrated — a hydrating course between retinol cycles rebuilds the barrier and lets you return to active skincare sooner
  • Before a wedding or photoshoot, a series started 3 weeks in advance gives skin at its peak condition: smooth, full and radiant

Hydration and your everyday skincare

Retinol, AHA/BHA acids, vitamin C — active skincare works, but it puts real strain on the epidermal barrier. A hydrating course is the ideal complement to that routine: EstGen with growth factors repairs the barrier that active ingredients weaken, and deep hydration via mesotherapy helps the skin tolerate further exfoliation cycles better.
Recommendation after the series: always apply hyaluronic acid to damp skin (a mist or a few drops of water on your palm), then follow with a ceramide cream to lock it in, and SPF50+ in the morning. A simple routine — it just needs the right order to work.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and family planning

Needle mesotherapy is excluded during pregnancy and breastfeeding — this is an absolute contraindication. HydraFacial and EstGen + LED are safe and recommended even when the skin is particularly reactive and hormonally dry. If you're planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, let us know during your consultation — we'll adapt the protocol to a fully non-invasive variant.

Frequently asked questions

Can I apply makeup right after the hydrating course?
After HydraFacial and EstGen + LED — yes, the next day or even that same evening (if the skin feels slightly irritated, it's best to wait a few hours). After needle mesotherapy, we recommend a 24-hour break from makeup, so the product fully absorbs and any minimal needle marks fade. During your consultation, we'll tell you exactly when to plan your session around important events.
I use retinol — can I do the hydrating course at the same time?
Yes — and it's actually a good idea. Retinol exfoliates intensely and weakens the barrier, so skin after a retinoid cycle is dehydrated and prone to irritation. A hydrating course between retinol cycles rebuilds the barrier, replenishes HA, and lets you return to active skincare faster. Use retinol and acids in the gaps between sessions — we pause active ingredients for 3–5 days before each session.
Will the result look natural, or will my skin look "done"?
The hydrating course doesn't change your facial features or proportions — it only improves the condition of your skin: hydration, radiance and texture. The result is skin that looks like your own skin at its best — rested, supple, radiant. None of the elements in the protocol (HydraFacial, HA mesotherapy, EstGen) create a "done" look — this is deep skincare, not contouring.
I have sensitive, reactive skin — is the course safe for me?
Reactive skin is actually one of the most common reasons for this course, since that reactivity often comes precisely from a weakened barrier and dehydration. EstGen with growth factors and LED strengthen the barrier and have an anti-inflammatory effect. We tailor the mesotherapy formula to your skin profile — the formula for sensitive skin is gentler, without ingredients that could trigger a reaction. We always start with a consultation and a barrier assessment.
How quickly do results show, and how long do they realistically last?
Radiance and softness from HydraFacial — immediately, the same day. Full hydration after the complete series (3 sessions over 10 days) — 2 weeks after the last treatment. With regular home care and SPF, results last 4–8 weeks; the intensive variant with Profhilo — up to 3–4 months. We say this openly: results depend on home care — without ceramides and SPF, skin returns to its starting point sooner.
