The skin on the backs of the hands is thinner than facial skin, has fewer sebaceous glands, and is washed, disinfected and exposed to sun all day, every day. The result? The SPA Hands & Feet ritual is safe during pregnancy. Simply let the specialist know beforehand — she'll choose a comfortable position and a gentler massage. Tired, swollen feet are one of the most common discomforts of pregnancy, and a calf and foot massage brings real relief. Many women return to this ritual specifically at this time.

Frequently asked questions

Is this really necessary if I already use cream at home?
Cream applied to dry, unexfoliated skin only works on the surface. Exfoliation first removes the dead layer, a mask under occlusion hydrates more deeply than an unsealed cream, and massage stimulates microcirculation. The result is more visible and longer-lasting — and your home cream absorbs better afterwards too.
Can I have SPA and a manicure in one visit?
Yes, and that's exactly what most clients do. SPA focuses on the skin, manicure on the nails — together they give the full effect of well-groomed hands. The specialist will decide the order on the day.
I have sensitive skin that reacts quickly to cosmetics — what about the exfoliant?
We match the exfoliant to your skin: an enzyme peel instead of a sugar scrub is gentler and doesn't work mechanically. Just let us know about your sensitivity before the treatment.
My feet sweat in summer — is that a problem?
No. The ritual cleanses and hydrates the skin, and massage stimulates circulation. It won't worsen your tendency to sweat. If you suspect fungal infection or notice any changes on your feet, a podology consultation comes first.
How often should I do this?
One ritual gives an immediate result. Doing it regularly — every few weeks or once a month — keeps hand and foot skin soft all season, not just for a few days after the treatment.
