SPA hands / feet for women

Hands that give away your age — and what to do about it

Most often it's a ritual of regeneration and pleasure — a moment to breathe in a busy day, and an answer to hand skin that ages faster than the face. This is a classic SPA for hands and feet for women: smoothness, hydration, a well-groomed look, and genuine relaxation in one.

When it's worth it — indications

  • Dry, rough skin on the hands — tight, dull, especially in autumn and winter.
  • Chapped, cracked heels and rough skin on the feet — especially ahead of sandal season.
  • Hands worn down by work and frequent washing — disinfecting, detergents, computer work or gardening.
  • Tired, "heavy" feet — after a full day on your feet, after training, after travel.
  • A need for a moment to yourself — when it's not just about the result but about relaxation itself.
  • A gift — a voucher for the SPA ritual as a present for your mother, partner, friend, or yourself.
  • A complement to a manicure/pedicure — when you want not just your nails looked after, but your skin too.

The areas we work on

  1. dry, tight skin on the hands — a result of washing, disinfecting, weather;
  2. heels and feet ahead of sandal and open-shoe season;
  3. combined with a manicure or pedicure for the full "well-groomed hands" effect;
  4. pure self-care and a gift — a voucher that genuinely gets used.

Hands that give away your age — and what to do about it

The skin on the backs of the hands is thinner than facial skin, has fewer sebaceous glands, and is washed, disinfected and exposed to sun all day, every day. The result? Hands age faster than the face — yet we rarely give them any care. Dry, tight skin, hyperpigmentation, loss of softness — this isn't neglect, it's simply the physiology of the skin on our hands.
The SPA Hands & Feet ritual starts from exactly this point: not as an afterthought, but as a deliberate response to neglect that no home cream can make up for to the same extent. Exfoliation removes the dead layer — the one that makes skin dull and rough. A mask under occlusion (warm gloves holding moisture against the skin) hydrates more deeply and effectively than an overnight cream. A massage of the hands and forearms releases tension built up at the keyboard, the steering wheel, over the sink.

When it's especially worth booking

  • Autumn and winter — when hand skin is especially dry, tight and dull from cold weather and indoor heating
  • Before an important occasion — a wedding, a photo shoot, a party; hands in the frame look well-groomed
  • After a holiday — sun and sea water/chlorine dry out hand and foot skin more than we tend to think
  • When you want to complete your manicure with the full effect — nails groomed, skin around them soft and hydrated
  • As a reset after an intense period — when your hands and feet have worked hard and deserve a genuine moment to breathe

Results and what comes next

Your skin is smooth and soft immediately after leaving the salon — this is one of those treatments that makes you want to keep touching your own hands. How long it lasts depends largely on what you do at home: a rich hand cream in the evening and foot balm at night is a habit that stretches the effect from days into weeks.
If you combine the SPA ritual with a manicure or pedicure, the result is doubled — soft skin, groomed nails; nothing half done.

Pregnancy — SPA is absolutely fine

The SPA Hands & Feet ritual is safe during pregnancy. Simply let the specialist know beforehand — she'll choose a comfortable position and a gentler massage. Tired, swollen feet are one of the most common discomforts of pregnancy, and a calf and foot massage brings real relief. Many women return to this ritual specifically at this time.

Frequently asked questions

Is this really necessary if I already use cream at home?
Cream applied to dry, unexfoliated skin only works on the surface. Exfoliation first removes the dead layer, a mask under occlusion hydrates more deeply than an unsealed cream, and massage stimulates microcirculation. The result is more visible and longer-lasting — and your home cream absorbs better afterwards too.
Can I have SPA and a manicure in one visit?
Yes, and that's exactly what most clients do. SPA focuses on the skin, manicure on the nails — together they give the full effect of well-groomed hands. The specialist will decide the order on the day.
I have sensitive skin that reacts quickly to cosmetics — what about the exfoliant?
We match the exfoliant to your skin: an enzyme peel instead of a sugar scrub is gentler and doesn't work mechanically. Just let us know about your sensitivity before the treatment.
My feet sweat in summer — is that a problem?
No. The ritual cleanses and hydrates the skin, and massage stimulates circulation. It won't worsen your tendency to sweat. If you suspect fungal infection or notice any changes on your feet, a podology consultation comes first.
How often should I do this?
One ritual gives an immediate result. Doing it regularly — every few weeks or once a month — keeps hand and foot skin soft all season, not just for a few days after the treatment.
