Ergolift (facial endermology) for women

Why women choose facial endermology

The most common goal is a clearer contour, "de-puffing" and natural radiance — a rested face, not a "done" one. Women's skin can be thinner and more prone to swelling, so we place strong emphasis on drainage and gentle firming. This is classic facial endermology for women.

When it's worth it — indications

  • Loss of firmness and elasticity — skin feels "less taut", loses density.
  • Sagging contour and cheeks — blurred jawline, first signs of "dropping".
  • Expression lines and fine lines — when you want to improve overall skin condition, not "switch off" a muscle.
  • Grey, fatigued skin — lacking radiance, "lifeless", especially after stress and lack of sleep.
  • Swelling and a "puffy" face — morning swelling, lymphatic stagnation, heavy eyelids (drainage).
  • Prevention — from around age 30, to maintain firmness and slow down "sagging".
  • Skin preparation — before other treatments or as part of an anti-ageing programme.
  • Anyone who avoids needles — wanting a lifting effect without injections and without downtime.

The areas we work on

  1. lifting the contour and cheeks, blurred jawline;
  2. drainage — morning swelling, "puffy" eyes, heavy eyelids;
  3. brightening grey, fatigued skin and smoothing fine lines;
  4. prevention and maintaining firmness, a fresh look "for an event".

Why women choose facial endermology

A facial contour that used to be clear and lifted starts to drift over time. Cheeks sag, the jawline blurs, and after too short a night, swelling and that grey tone appear — the kind you try to cover with highlighter. It's not just temporary stress — it's skin that needs a stimulus to get back to work.
Facial endermology answers exactly these needs: it mechanically stimulates circulation and lymphatic drainage, smooths and firms — no needles, no fillers, no "done" look. It's a lift for women who want to look rested, not different.

Women's skin and how the applicator works — what's worth knowing

Women's skin is statistically thinner than men's and more prone to water retention — hence the morning swelling around the eyes and that heavy feeling after a sleepless night. The facial endermology programme at J'adore takes this into account: greater focus on lymphatic drainage and gentle work around the eye area, using a smaller, precise LPG applicator.
The result after the series isn't just better skin — it's also a clearer contour, less puffiness and a radiance you can see without make-up.

No needles — what this really means for the result

Many women come to us after a few attempts with fillers, looking for something more natural. Ergolift doesn't give the same suspension effect as threads, nor will it fill a nasolabial fold like hyaluronic acid — but it does something different: it improves skin condition and firmness, so the skin itself becomes more elastic and full of colour.
These are two different paths to a better look, and they actually complement each other well. If a natural effect as a first step matters to you — endermology is exactly for you.

Series versus single session — which to choose

A single session is ideal for refreshing before a wedding, a photo shoot or an important meeting — the face looks clearer and healthier, and the effect lasts several days. A full series of 6–8 sessions is a completely different level, though: gradual firming and improvement to the contour, holding for weeks with regular maintenance.
The most common schedule is two sessions a week for a month, followed by maintenance visits every 2–4 weeks. We plan this together during consultation — if you have a specific date in mind, we can synchronise the series so your skin is at its best exactly then.

Frequently asked questions

Will facial endermology replace a medical treatment I'm considering?
It won't — they're two different tools. Threads give an immediate mechanical lift, biostimulators work on skin quality from within, and endermology improves condition, drainage and gradually firms the surface. If you're considering a medical treatment, endermology can be a great preparation or complement — but not a replacement.
I have broken capillaries on my cheeks — can I still have facial endermology?
Often yes, but it's a matter of in-person assessment. For subtle, stable capillaries, we adjust the programme to be gentler. For very fragile, pronounced telangiectasia, suction in that area may be limited or excluded. That's why we start with a consultation and a look at your skin — never assumptions. Will it be obvious I've had a treatment? I don't want to go back to work with a red face. Usually there's nothing visible, or just brief, mild redness that fades within ten to twenty minutes. The result is the opposite of what you're worried about — the face looks healthier and more rested. You can apply make-up the same day.
How often do I need to come in to maintain the result?
After a series of 6–8 sessions, a maintenance visit every 2–4 weeks is enough. Some women come in regularly every three weeks as part of their care routine — similar to a regular haircut or manicure. Your skin and your expectations will determine the optimal rhythm.
I'm over 50 — does facial endermology still make sense for me?
Yes — and it often gives a very noticeable effect in this age group, because skin after 50 needs regular stimulation to maintain collagen production and efficient microcirculation. It's not a miracle cure for ageing, but a regular treatment programme that slows the progress of ageing signs and improves everyday skin condition.
