A treatment room at J'adoreFACIAL COSMETOLOGY
The facial contour stops looking defined, the skin looks tired and "dropped", and after a sleepless night swelling and a grey tone follow — these are typical signs that the skin has lost its bounce, and circulation and drainage have slowed down. Ergolift — facial LPG endermology (Endermolift) — is a non-invasive, needle-free method that mechanically "wakes up" the skin: gentle rollers and controlled vacuum suction lift and mobilise the tissue, stimulating collagen production, improving microcirculation and lymphatic drainage.
The result is smoother skin, more radiance and a clearer contour — no needles, no pain, no downtime. At J'adore Instytut, the treatment is performed by an experienced cosmetologist with LPG certification. Below you'll find everything worth knowing before your first visit.
series of 6–8 sessions, usually 1–2 times a week
How it works
Ergolift is facial endermology — a mechanostimulation method developed by the French company LPG Systems. A special applicator combines two elements: gentle, rotating rollers that create a precise skin fold, and controlled vacuum suction that lifts the tissue between the rollers. The skin is mechanically "woken up" — no needles, no electrical current.
This stimulus triggers three processes at once: it stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin (hence firmness and elasticity), it improves microcirculation (hence a healthy tone and radiance), and it supports lymphatic drainage (hence less swelling and a lighter, "de-puffed" face). This is a cosmetology treatment, and we approach it as such — it works on skin quality and condition, not on facial muscles.

Ideal for
The female zone and the male zone
The most common goal is a clearer contour, "de-puffing" and natural radiance — a rested face, not a "done" one. Women's skin can be thinner and more prone to swelling, so we place strong emphasis on drainage and gentle firming. This is classic facial endermology for women.
The areas we support
Men's skin is thicker and has richer blood supply, and is more often exposed to stress and lack of sleep — hence a different way of working with the applicator and greater focus on drainage and "recovering freshness". The goal: a well-groomed, rested look without the "salon effect" — this is facial endermology for men.
The areas we support
Fun fact: the same LPG technology that contours the body and breaks down cellulite works on the face with a smaller applicator — except here the goal isn't "breaking down fat", but gently stimulating the skin to produce collagen and improving drainage.
Safety
Facial endermology has a strong safety profile, but the result depends on three things worth asking about at any salon:
Experience and skill matter — at J'adore, the treatment is carried out by a cosmetologist certified in LPG, who assesses your skin and selects the programme and direction of the applicator's movement (drainage "towards the lymph nodes", lifting "upwards").
We work with genuine LPG equipment, with up-to-date software and regular servicing. A "vacuum lift" on an unbranded, counterfeit device brings unpredictable results and a risk of irritation or bruising.
A lasting effect is built through a series — a single session refreshes, but a promise of "a permanent lift after just one session" is simply dishonest.
Red flag: suspiciously cheap "LPG lift" · A very low price is a common warning sign. Ask directly: is this genuine LPG equipment, does the practitioner hold a certificate, and is a realistic series plan being proposed? Steer clear of promises like "we'll turn back 10 years in one session" or "the effect of threads without needles, forever" — endermology improves skin condition, it doesn't replace aesthetic medicine.
Contraindications
Some contraindications are permanent, others are temporary — in the latter case, we simply postpone the treatment until the situation passes.
From the cosmetologist's chair
The most commonly forgotten issue is cold sores and fresh broken capillaries. People think "it's just a device massage". True — but an active virus or very fragile capillaries are reason enough to postpone by a few days or choose a gentler programme. Better safe than sorry.
This isn't a complete list — we'll go through your medications, health conditions, previous treatments and capillary condition individually during consultation.

The visit

Consultation & skin assessment
the cosmetologist assesses firmness, contour, tendency to swell and your expectations, and rules out contraindications. This is where we agree on a realistic plan: a single "event-ready" session or a full series.

Preparation
the skin is cleansed; for facial endermology, we usually don't use a body suit (that's part of body treatments) — we work directly on the skin with a suitable slip cream.

Applicator work
the specialist moves a small applicator over your cheeks, contour, neck and around the eyes. The rollers and vacuum suction give a feeling of gentle "suction" and a deep, pleasant massage — no pain.

Finishing and guidance
no bandages, and usually no visible marks. Occasionally, temporary redness appears.
Plan for the following sessions
we agree the series schedule and any combination with other treatments.
What to expect
Most importantly: this isn't a "one-off miracle". After the first session, the face looks refreshed, "de-puffed" and radiant — but lasting firmness and improved contour build up through the series, as the skin produces new collagen.
After the first session, I often hear "I look great, but will it last?". It's a natural question — a single session works "for freshness", and we build a lasting effect through the series. That's why we plan 6–8 sessions from the start, rather than counting on just one.
Portfolio
A record of the work in our salons — the place where we publish treatment frames and, after photo sessions, results.
A record of results — in preparation. We publish photographs of our clients only with their consent.
The result isn't "forever" — it's not threads or a filler. Skin gradually returns to its own rhythm, which is why after the series we recommend maintenance sessions every 2–4 weeks, which keep firmness and radiance going.
Facial endermology and your lifestyle
This is a "zero downtime" treatment — you go straight back to your day. However, a few things are worth spacing out so as not to irritate freshly stimulated skin or hinder drainage.
You can apply make-up the same day after facial endermology. Ideally, give your skin a few hours to "breathe", but there's no strict ban — this treatment doesn't interrupt your day.
Avoid intense sun exposure and sunbeds right after the series — stimulated circulation leaves the skin more "warmed up". Daily SPF 50+ is a must with any anti-ageing programme anyway.
High temperatures dilate blood vessels further and intensify redness. It's best to leave the sauna, hammam or a hot bath for later the same day, or the day after.
Chlorinated water can irritate freshly stimulated skin. Plan a swim for a different day than your treatment.
Strong peels, acids and cleansing brushes should wait 1–2 days — skin is stimulated after the treatment, and we don't want to irritate it further.
Retinol can be irritating — it's worth pausing it on the day of the treatment and the day after, then resuming once the skin has calmed down. If in doubt, ask your cosmetologist about your routine.

Informational text. This content is educational and does not replace an individual consultation. Facial endermology (Ergolift / Endermolift) is a cosmetology treatment, non-invasive — the choice of treatment, number of sessions in the series and contraindications are decided by a cosmetologist/specialist during consultation, following a health assessment. Results are individual and depend on your skin's starting condition, the number of sessions and your home care routine.
