Lash lift and lamination for men

A look that says: rested, present, ready

A lash lift isn't just a women's treatment. For men, it's about subtly lifting straight, drooping lashes — without tinting and without a "made-up" look. It's lash styling for men: the gaze looks more rested, but no one can point to "what's changed".

When it's worth it — indications

  • Straight, drooping lashes — that "hide" the eye and won't hold a curl from an eyelash curler.
  • Tired of daily makeup — when you want to skip the eyelash curler and mascara but still have the effect from the moment you wake up.
  • Active lifestyle — swimming, gym, holidays, sauna; lashes stay curled with no smudged mascara.
  • A natural look rather than "wow" — you'd rather it looked like you simply look good, not like you've "done something" to your lashes.
  • Less upkeep than extensions — no fills every few weeks and no special washing routine.
  • A trial before extensions — you want to test an "open" gaze before committing to lash extensions.

The areas we work on

  1. a gentle lift from the root — "opening up" a tired-looking gaze;
  2. usually an S rod (the gentlest lift), with no tinting;
  3. a natural, matte effect — no shine and no "mascara look";
  4. zero downtime — a meeting or work straight after your visit is no problem.

A look that says: rested, present, ready

A lash lift for men is one of the most discreet grooming treatments at J'ADORE — and one of the most effective for the time it takes. There's nothing to hide here: your own lashes are lightly lifted from the root, your eye looks wider and clearer, and your gaze stops looking "tired". No artificial elements, no colour, no scent. 45 minutes — then you're back to your day.
Men's lashes can be long and straight, drooping downward and casting a shadow under the eye — a common reason the face looks tired or "heavy" even after a full night's sleep. A lift changes that angle. Nothing else needs to change.

How the treatment differs for men

The men's version of the treatment is deliberately understated. We use a larger-diameter rod — giving a gentle, flat lift rather than the pronounced curl associated with makeup. We don't tint the lashes — your colour stays natural. The result sits right at the edge of noticeable: people around you won't be able to say what's changed — they'll simply feel that you look better.
Men's skin around the eyes tends to be thicker and less mobile than women's, so choosing a rod to suit eyelid anatomy matters — the specialist assesses this at the start of your visit, not from a fixed template.

Lash lifts and an active lifestyle

Swimming, gym, sauna — avoid getting your lashes heavily wet during the first 24 hours. After that, you return to your normal routine with no restrictions at all: training, swimming, sweating — everything goes back to normal. The treatment requires no daily maintenance, doesn't change your routine, and doesn't require any products.
If you shave your cheeks and don't touch the eyelid — a lift has no bearing on your shaving routine at all. The treatment concerns only your lashes.

When to consider a lash lift

The men who come to us most often have been told, "you look like you haven't slept" — even though they had. Or they simply want to look better, not different, before an important meeting, a photo shoot or being on camera. A lift fits this goal precisely: it doesn't change your features, doesn't affect the skin, and leaves no trace in the form of downtime.
It's also a good choice for men who look after themselves regularly — much like a haircut or a manicure — and see a lift as part of the same logic: staying well-groomed without unnecessary fuss.

Frequently asked questions

Will it be obvious that I've had something done?
No — and that's the intended goal of the men's version. We use a gentle rod, no tinting, and a subtle lift. People around you will notice you look better or more rested. They won't be able to point to what exactly has changed. The "I just have good lashes naturally" effect is exactly what we're aiming for.
Can I go to the gym or swimming pool the same day?
Avoid getting your lashes heavily wet for the first 24 hours: skip a long swim, sauna, or an intense shower directly on your face for one day. After that, you can train, swim and use the sauna with no restrictions. The results stay stable for the full 6–8 weeks regardless of physical activity.
Will anyone at work or at home notice a change?
Probably not — at least not in a way that would put you in an awkward spot. We work on a subtle lift, not a dramatic change in appearance. If someone says "you look good today" or "something's different about you" — that's the most common comment we hear after this treatment in the men's version. Not "have you done something to your lashes?"
Does a lash lift clash with other treatments I have done?
A lash lift combines easily with face, neck and body treatments. The only excluded zone is the immediate eye area for 24 hours after the treatment — nothing oily should be applied there. If you're having mesotherapy, chemical peels or laser treatments on your face, leave a gap of a few days and let your specialist know about the lift beforehand.
How often should I repeat it, and is it worth it?
Every 6–8 weeks — in line with your natural lash cycle. One session takes 45–60 minutes, with zero maintenance costs between visits. No aftercare products to buy, no fills needed. Compared with lash extensions, which require fills every 3–4 weeks, a lift is far simpler logistically and noticeably more discreet.
