SPA hands / feet for men

Overworked hands and tired feet — what this ritual is for

SPA for hands and feet for men is above all about regenerating heavily worn skin — rough, overworked hands and overloaded feet. It's a natural addition to a men's manicure and men's pedicure, with no "beauty salon" fuss — pure regeneration and relief.

When it's worth it — indications

  • Dry, rough skin on the hands — tight, dull, especially in autumn and winter.
  • Chapped, cracked heels and rough skin on the feet — especially ahead of sandal season.
  • Hands worn down by work and frequent washing — disinfecting, detergents, computer work or gardening.
  • Tired, "heavy" feet — after a full day on your feet, after training, after travel.
  • A need for a moment to yourself — when it's not just about the result but about relaxation itself.
  • A gift — a voucher for the SPA ritual as a present for your mother, partner, friend, or yourself.
  • A complement to a manicure/pedicure — when you want not just your nails looked after, but your skin too.

The areas we work on

  1. overworked, rough hands — physical labour, workshop, garden, gym;
  2. overloaded feet — running, sports, long hours on your feet;
  3. rough skin and heel cracks after an active season;
  4. regeneration as a complement to a men's pedicure — with no unnecessary fuss.

Overworked hands and tired feet — what this ritual is for

SPA Hands & Feet is skin regeneration — not a cosmetic luxury. Exfoliation removes the rough, hardened layer; a mask hydrates skin that works all day in conditions that dry it out: cold, detergents, physical labour, the gym, the treadmill. A massage of the hands and forearms or feet and calves releases muscle tension and improves the feeling of lightness in legs after intense training or a long day on your feet.
The result is immediate and tangible: smooth, soft, plumped skin. No downtime — you go straight back to your day.

When it makes particular sense

  • Overworked, rough hands — physical labour, workshop, garden, gym, contact with tools or detergents; skin hardens and cracks, and ordinary moisturising only gives temporary relief
  • Overloaded feet — running, contact sports, long hours in heavy boots or on your feet; tired feet respond to massage immediately
  • Rough, hardened skin on heels — after an active season, from regularly wearing shoes without socks; exfoliation and a mask make a clear difference here
  • As a complement to a men's manicure or pedicure — nail service takes care of the nails, SPA takes care of the skin itself; together they give the full effect of well-groomed hands and feet

No unnecessary fuss

The ritual is performed by a cosmetologist — there's no beauty-salon ceremony to sit through. Warmth, massage, a few stages — and you leave with genuinely regenerated skin. It's the same treatment anyone with dry, worn hand and foot skin would get: exfoliation, mask, massage, hydration. You choose the variant (hands, feet, or both) based on your needs.
If heel cracks are deep, calluses need professional treatment, or nails are causing problems — the right place to start is podology. SPA comes afterwards as a pleasant addition, not a substitute for specialist foot care.

Frequently asked questions

Isn't this a treatment for women?
No. Overworked hands and feet regenerate the same way in women and men — the skin physiology is identical. For people who do physical work, runners or athletes, it's arguably even more justified than for anyone else: the skin takes more punishment and needs proportionally more care.
How long does it take, and do I have to just sit still through it?
The variant covering just hands or just feet is a short visit. Throughout the ritual, you lie or sit while the cosmetologist does the work. You can rest, or listen to something through headphones. No requirements at all.
Isn't the exfoliant too harsh for skin that's already toughened from work?
We match it to your skin. Thicker, more calloused skin usually responds well to a mechanical sugar scrub — that's exactly what gives a visible smoothing effect. The specialist will assess it on the day.
I have cracked heels and hard calluses — will SPA fix that?
For surface-level roughness and dry heels — yes, the ritual will give a clear improvement. For deep cracks with open skin or hard calluses, the right direction is podology (specialist foot treatment). SPA can complement it afterwards.
Can I come after a workout?
Yes. Tired, heavy legs after a run or a workout are exactly when a foot and calf massage brings the most relief. The only exception: active chafing or fresh wounds — in that area, we skip exfoliation and massage so as not to irritate healing skin.
