Lash extensions for men

A look that speaks for itself

Men take care of their eyes too — although lash extensions for men are less common. A softer, non-extension styling tends to work better here: a lash lift (curling your own lashes) and lash tinting for a deeper, more "awake" look, without the appearance of makeup.

When it's worth it — indications

  • You want to save time in the morning — no mascara, no curler, no touch-ups during the day.
  • You have light, short or sparse lashes — extensions give the density and colour mascara can only imitate.
  • You can't stand panda eyes — after a workout, a swim, a sauna or a good cry, your lashes stay intact.
  • You wear glasses or contact lenses — full lashes nicely "open up" the eye without fighting with mascara.
  • You have an occasion — a wedding, a photo shoot, an all-inclusive holiday, anywhere you want to look fresh without eye makeup.
  • You like a dramatic effect — then we aim for Russian Volume or Hollywood.
  • You want something subtle — classic 1:1 is enough, or there's an alternative that doesn't involve extensions at all (see below: lash lift).

The areas we work on

  1. Goal: a fresher, less "tired" look — naturally;
  2. Usually a lift rather than full extensions;
  3. Tinting light lashes for a "well-rested" effect, not a "done" one.

A look that speaks for itself

Men's lashes have their own characteristics: often lighter in colour, straighter in shape, and sometimes less dense — which can leave the eyes looking less defined than you'd like. With a drooping eyelid or a tired look after a long working week, lashes can work for you or against you. Subtle lash extensions and tinting are a targeted intervention: we choose parameters to suit your eye anatomy, facial features and desired effect — from barely noticeable to clearly defined, but always read as "a well-groomed man," never as "makeup."

An effect that works discreetly

In practice, this means: lashes look darker, fuller and slightly longer. Your eyes look more open. Your face looks rested, even after a night flight or a demanding week of meetings. No one around you will identify it as a cosmetic treatment — they'll just notice you look good. For many men, this is the only form of grooming they want: effective, discreet, with no daily ritual in front of the mirror.

Anatomy and individual selection

Men's lashes are usually thicker than women's, but their placement and natural growth angle differ too. When choosing extensions for a man, we work with the natural curve and make sure the added fibres don't soften the facial expression too much. Technique, thickness and curl are calibrated to eye shape and the desired effect — from a minimal correction for almond-shaped eyes to an optical lift for a drooping eyelid.

Sport, physical work and lifestyle

Sweat from strength training, swimming, sauna — for the first 48 hours after treatment, it's best to skip intense exercise and moisture, so the adhesive can fully set. After that, you're back to your normal rhythm. Extensions are designed to be worn, not preserved — you can train, swim and use the sauna, just gently patting lashes dry and combing them with the included brush after getting out of the water.

Frequently asked questions

Will anyone notice I've had a treatment?
No — as long as we choose the right effect. We work within a "natural and well-groomed" range, not "makeup." Fibres are chosen in a colour, thickness and length that suit your natural lashes. What the people around you will see: "something's different about him today — he must have had a good night's sleep." That's the goal.
How long does the treatment take, and is there any downtime?
The first full application takes 90–120 minutes; fills take 45–60 minutes. You can go straight to a meeting after the treatment — the effect is visible immediately, with no swelling or redness. The only restriction is 48 hours without water, steam or intense physical exertion — after that, no restrictions at all.
Do I need to change my daily facial routine?
Only minimal adjustments. Eye cream and skincare products can contain oils — if you apply them close to the lash line, it's worth being careful (oils weaken the adhesive). Face washing, shaving, beard care — all stay the same. The only thing to watch is keeping oil-based products away from the lash area. We'll go through your routine at your consultation and tell you exactly what, if anything, needs to change.
How long does the effect last, and what happens if I don't come back for a fill?
Extensions stay on your natural lashes for their full growth cycle — they shed together with the lash as it grows out. We recommend fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain the full effect. If you don't come back, nothing bad happens: extensions gradually fall out, and your lashes return to their original state. There's no thinning or damage, as long as you don't pull extensions off mechanically.
Is the treatment suitable if I have allergies or sensitive eyes?
Before the treatment, we ask about any allergies — the adhesive contains cyanoacrylate, which can cause a reaction in some people. If there's any doubt, we carry out a patch test 24–48 hours beforehand. If your eyes are sensitive, prone to watering, or you've had a reaction to cosmetic adhesives before, mention it at booking. That's a starting point, not a reason to rule the treatment out.
