When it's worth it — indications

• After reconstructive surgery with autologous tissue or an implant — on healed, stable skin.
• Unilateral — when we're reconstructing one breast and matching colour and shape to the healthy side.
• Bilateral — when both breasts need an areola recreated; we design symmetry from scratch.
• After previous surgical nipple reconstruction — pigment adds colour and deepens the illusion of relief.
• When readiness comes with time — some women decide a year, or several years, after treatment. There's no "too late" moment.
