Maximus TriLipo (Pollogen) for women

When skin loses firmness that training can't restore

Maximus TriLipo in women most often affects two areas at once: the face (lifting a sagging oval, sharpening the jawline, brightening the complexion) and the body (cellulite on the thighs and buttocks, loose abdominal skin after pregnancy, the inner thighs and arms). The goal: smoother, firmer skin and a more shapely silhouette — without needles and without downtime.

When it's worth it — indications

  • A sagging facial contour — jowls along the jaw, a blurred jawline, loss of firmness after the age of 35–40.
  • Lax skin — the abdomen after pregnancy or weight loss, inner thighs, upper arms.
  • Cellulite — dimpled skin on the thighs and buttocks that's hard to smooth with training alone.
  • Stubborn, localised fat — love handles, the abdominal "roll", the knee area (RF supports reduction but doesn't replace a calorie deficit).
  • A double chin — combining firming and tightening in one area.
  • Swelling and fluid retention — when drainage and improved circulation are needed.
  • Grey, fatigued skin with no radiance — improved microcirculation brightens facial skin.

The areas we work on

  2. cellulite on the thighs and buttocks — smoothing dimpled skin;
  3. firming abdominal skin after pregnancy or weight loss;

When skin loses firmness that training can't restore

After pregnancy, the abdomen can feel soft — not fat, just lax. After weight loss, the skin on the thighs and arms lags behind the new shape. After thirty-five, the facial contour starts to sag millimetre by millimetre, before you even notice. This isn't a matter of neglect — it's the physics of collagen and lymph. Maximus TriLipo works exactly on this: radiofrequency heats and remodels collagen, muscle stimulation tightens the contour, and drainage clears what the RF has activated. Three mechanisms in one pass of the applicator.

The areas women choose most often

On the face, the goal is usually to lift a sagging contour — jowls along the jaw, a loss of cheek definition, a chin that's started to double after forty. Maximus lifts and tightens the facial line with no needles, no marks, and no day off.
On the body, women most often point to:
  • abdominal skin after pregnancy or significant weight loss — lax and hard to tone through exercise;
  • cellulite on the thighs and buttocks — dimpled skin resistant to training;
  • inner thighs and arms — areas where diet alone doesn't restore firmness;
  • the knee area and love handles — localised, stubborn tissue supported by radiofrequency and drainage.

Skin after pregnancy — a separate chapter

Abdominal skin after pregnancy is tissue that's been stretched for months. A calorie deficit can bring back your pre-pregnancy weight, but it won't restore skin elasticity — these are two separate processes. Radiofrequency in Maximus stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin right in the dermis. The effect isn't instant — collagen remodels over weeks — but after a full series, the skin becomes noticeably firmer, denser tissue. The treatment doesn't remove stretch marks and doesn't replace physical activity, but it fills the gap that training alone can't reach.

How this fits your daily rhythm

There's no downtime, no visible marks, and no need to take time off work. After a facial treatment, you return straight to meetings, to your child, to your day. The only thing Maximus asks: drink plenty of water the same day — so drainage has something to work with — and apply SPF 50+ to the face after an RF series, since new collagen is sensitive to sun.

Frequently asked questions

Can Maximus replace a surgical facelift?
No — and it's good to know this upfront. Maximus is a cosmetology device-based treatment: it firms, lifts the contour, smooths cellulite and drains fluid. Surgically removing excess skin or reinforcing the fascia is a different scope entirely. Maximus works best where the issue is a loss of firmness and skin quality, not excess skin after major weight loss.
Can I have Maximus while breastfeeding?
No. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are contraindications for radiofrequency and electrostimulation. Once breastfeeding has finished, we revisit this at a consultation — and it's a good moment for it, since the skin has stabilised after the postpartum period.
How many sessions do I need for the face, and how many for the body?
For the face, we usually plan a series of 4–6 treatments; for the body, 6–8 per area. The exact plan depends on what we see at the consultation — skin quality, area, and your expectations. There's no single number that fits everyone.
Can I combine Maximus with facial treatments I already do — Botox, hyaluronic acid?
Usually yes, but the order and spacing are set by your cosmetologist. The general rule: RF on the face and injectable treatments aren't done on the same day and in the same area at once — we space them out over time. Tell us about all the treatments you have regularly, and we'll tailor the plan.
Will cellulite come back after the series?
Cellulite is living tissue — it responds to diet, movement, hormones and hydration. Maximus smooths it and reduces its visibility, but it doesn't remove it permanently. Maintenance sessions and lifestyle determine how long the effect lasts. The honest answer: results last longest in people who support them from within.
