Not with professional airbrush application and the right intensity. People will see healthy, well-groomed skin. The Sun FX system provides a warm, golden shade. It avoids the orange tint typical of drugstore self-tanners. Our specialist matches the intensity to your skin tone. It should look like a week in the sun, not a treatment.
When can I go to the gym after the treatment?
After your first shower — usually 6–8 hours after the treatment. Before then, sweat ruins the developing pigment. After rinsing, you can return to your normal training plan. Keep a moisturising lotion with you. Better hydrated skin after a workout keeps the colour longer.
Do I need to shave before or after the treatment?
Wet shave at least 24 hours before tanning. Freshly shaved skin is irritated and may absorb DHA unevenly. Wait as long as possible before shaving after the treatment. Razors and shaving gels remove the epidermal layer, making the tan fade faster. If you have stubble or a beard, we can skip the face or reduce the intensity significantly.
Does spray tanning work for larger physiques or heavy body hair?
Yes. The airbrush adapts to your body shape. Heavy body hair may slightly reduce the intensity in certain areas. Our specialist will account for this when choosing the formula amount and spray intensity. This ensures a consistent result. We perform this treatment regularly for men of various builds and hair levels.
Can I combine spray tanning with other salon treatments on the same day?
Yes. Spray tanning is always the final step. You can have a haircut, facial care or a massage beforehand. Perform wax or laser hair removal at least 24 hours before tanning. We arrange the visit so you leave the salon ready — no need to return.
