How does LPG Endermology work?
LPG Endermology works through a patented mechanism called Mecano-Stimulation™. Rollers on the device fold the skin, while suction lifts it at the same time. This creates a deep, mechanical tissue massage. It doesn't just work on the surface of the skin — it reaches subcutaneous tissue and the lymphatic system.
- Disruption of cellulite septa — visible reduction in "orange-peel" skin
- Stimulation of fibroblast lipolysis — natural breakdown of localised fat
- Activation of lymphatic circulation — reduced swelling and support for detoxification
- Stimulation of collagen and elastin synthesis — firming and improved elasticity
- Neuroreflex mechanism — activation of skin receptors at an autonomic level
Who is LPG Endermology for?
Endermology works well for a range of concerns related to body shape and skin condition. Particularly good results are often seen with grade II and III cellulite, though the treatment can help with other cases too.
- Grade II–IV cellulite (best results with grade II–III)
- Laxity of the skin on the thighs, buttocks, abdomen and arms
- Lymphatic swelling in the legs
- Body contouring and reduced circumference
- Supporting recovery after liposuction
- Firming the face and neck (LPG Face)
How many sessions do you need?
How does it differ from other anti-cellulite methods?
There are many methods available for treating cellulite, differing in mechanism and in what they primarily target. LPG stands out for its comprehensive approach: it combines deep mechanical massage with lymphatic support and collagen stimulation.
- Emtone BTL — combines RF with acoustic waves, with a greater focus on tissue heat than mechanical action
- Arosha bandages — cosmetic effect through active ingredients and compression, without deep mechanical action
- Storz Medical (ESWT) — acoustic waves focused on cellulite septa, without an effect on lymphatic drainage
LPG for the face — a programme for the face and neck
Endermology isn't just for the body. A dedicated LPG programme for the face and neck (known as CELLU M6 Face) can bring clear lifting and drainage effects — often compared to "Kobido, but with a device".
- Natural activation of facial lipolysis — gentle reduction
- Facial lymphatic drainage — reduced swelling under the eyes and along the jawline
- Stimulation of natural collagen and hyaluronic acid
- Lifting the facial contour and improving jawline definition
A standard facial series is usually 10 sessions. Results are often visible while the course is still under way.
The LPG bodysuit — why is it necessary?
The treatment is performed with you wearing a special bodysuit, which lets the rollers glide over the skin with minimal friction. It's essential for both comfort and hygiene.
What does an Endermology session involve?
- Bodysuit — you put it on before the treatment
- Measurements — we record your starting measurements to track progress
- LPG session — deep mechanical massage using different heads for different areas of the body
- Post-treatment measurements — to track results over subsequent sessions
