Three months before your wedding — the complete treatment schedule
Three months, one plan — beautiful skin for a lifetime.
8 min readwritten for women
Three months before the wedding is the perfect time to start — not too early, so the results don't fade, and not too late to fit in a full series of treatments. Here is a complete week-by-week plan, tested on hundreds of brides.
Before we start — the golden rule
The rule is simple: try each treatment as a test run first — at least 6–8 weeks before the wedding — then repeat it within a safe window. If your skin responds well: great. If not, you still have time for plan B.
Weeks 12–9 (3 months to 2 months before) — THE FOUNDATION
This stage is about repair and preparing the groundwork. You're not chasing a "wow" effect here — you're building the base that makes everything else work better.
Chemical peels — the starter series. If you have hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone, roughness or blackheads, a series of 3–4 chemical peels (mandelic, lactic or glycolic acid, depending on your skin) every 2 weeks forms the foundation. Peels remove dead skin cells, revealing fresher, smoother skin, while also preparing the ground for the treatments that follow — active ingredients absorb better once the epidermis has been exfoliated.
Weeks 8–5 (2 months to 5 weeks before) — INTENSIFICATION
The foundation is in place. Now we move up a level, to treatments that genuinely transform skin quality.
Weeks 4–2 (a month to 2 weeks before) — THE FINISHING TOUCHES
Your skin is prepared. Now we bring in the precision treatments that add that final "wow" factor.
Forehead lines — a smooth forehead photographs beautifully from the front
Frown lines (between the brows) — so you don't look like you're squinting in church in every photo
Crow's feet — subtle smoothing, eyes look bright and open
Gummy smile (excessive gum exposure) — a few units in the lip elevator muscle, and your smile looks flawless in photos
Week 1 (7 days before) — RADIANCE
The day before the wedding — NOTHING NEW
What to do the day before your wedding:
Gentle cleansing
Your tried-and-tested moisturiser
Under-eye patches (the ones you know and love)
Plenty of water
Sleep — at least 7–8 hours
Breathe. Seriously. Take a deep breath. Tomorrow is your day.
Complete checklist
6–10 months before — laser hair removal (start the series — the earlier, the better)
12 weeks before — consultation with a cosmetologist or doctor + personalised plan
12–8 weeks before — series of chemical peels (3–4 treatments every 2 weeks, SPF mandatory)
8–6 weeks before — series of mesotherapy sessions (2–3 sessions, neck and décolletage too!)
Weeks 8 and 4 before — Profhilo (2 sessions, if indicated)
Weeks 7–6 before — fractional laser (only if needed — the last safe window)
3–4 weeks before — hyaluronic acid (lips, jawline, tear troughs — if planned)
2–3 weeks before — Botox (the ideal window for the wedding)
2 weeks before — brow lamination (natural look for the big day)
5–7 days before — HydraFacial (instant glow)
3–5 days before — LED therapy (a risk-free boost)
3–5 days before — lymphatic facial massage (relaxation and swelling reduction)
2–3 days before — manicure and pedicure (classic, not gel — so it can be touched up if needed)
The day before — NOTHING NEW (gentle skincare, sleep, water)
Plan B — because life isn't perfect
Sometimes things don't go to plan. A spot appears. A bruise from a treatment won't fade. An allergic reaction to a new product. Here's your emergency plan:
