Men's skin is, on average, 20–25% thicker than women's and produces up to twice as much sebum. This brings natural benefits — collagen loss is slower, structure is retained longer — but also specific challenges: enlarged pores, a tendency towards blackheads, uneven texture and a dull tone that appears regardless of lifestyle. On top of that, there's the daily reality of shaving: repeated micro-trauma to the epidermis, irritation and inflammatory bumps in the beard area — something drugstore aftershave products simply can't fix.

I do weight training — how much do I need to skip after the treatment?
One day. Intense physical exercise in the first 24 hours after the treatment increases blood flow and can prolong redness. After that, you're back to full training with no restrictions. Sauna and pool — take a week off, so as not to interfere with skin regeneration.
Will anyone notice I've had anything done?
