A treatment room at J'adoreMEDICAL PEELS
For many people, "TCA peel" brings to mind red, peeling skin and a week spent at home. BioRePeel turns that idea on its head: it's a two-phase biostimulating peel based on TCA that penetrates deep into the dermis and stimulates renewal — but without classic flaking.
Your skin gets a boost like a strong peel, yet you leave the salon refreshed and radiant — often ready for a meeting or make-up the same day. This isn't "magic Botox without a needle", and it's not a peel that solves everything in one go — it's a well-designed, multi-purpose treatment that works best as a series. At J'adore Instytut, it's performed by an experienced cosmetologist. Below you'll find everything worth knowing before your first visit: does it work, does it sting, will you flake, when results show, and why the series matters.
a series of 4–6 sessions every 1–2 weeks (sometimes just 1 session "for an event")
How it works
BioRePeel is a two-phase biostimulating peel based on TCA (trichloroacetic acid) at 35% concentration. Classic TCA at this strength usually means visible flaking for several days. Here it's different: the lipid phase "wraps" the acid and lets it work deeper, in the dermis, while calming the flaking effect on the surface. That's where the everyday term "peel with no visible flaking" comes from.
The second layer of action is biostimulation: alongside TCA, the formula contains GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid — gives a subtle smoothing effect on expression lines), vitamin C, B-group vitamins, amino acids (including proline and glycine — building blocks of collagen), salicylic acid (clears pores) and hydrating, barrier-supporting ingredients. So one treatment addresses several things at once: radiance, tone, pores and skin quality.
This is a beauty treatment — at J'adore it's performed by an experienced cosmetologist. The word "medical", which sometimes appears alongside peels, describes the class and strength of the product, not the fact that a doctor performs it.

Ideal for
Female and male skin
For women, the most common goal is radiance, smoothness and an improved skin tone with no disruption to daily life — a "lunch peel" you can follow with a straight return to work and make-up. This is the classic BioRePeel for women.
The areas we support
Men's skin is thicker, more prone to oiliness and slower to regenerate — which is exactly why BioRePeel suits it so well: it works deep, and once you leave, there's no telling "something was done". This is BioRePeel for men.
The areas we support
A quick fact: this is the same TCA acid that "strips off" the epidermis in flakes in a classic peel. In BioRePeel, the lipid phase changes how the acid works — deeper, but gentler on the surface. In other words: the same substance, a completely different level of comfort and a different healing process.
Safety
With TCA peels, results and safety depend on a few things worth asking about at any salon:
A peel is matched to your skin phototype, skin condition and history — including recent sun exposure, home acids, retinoids or isotretinoin. At J'adore, this is done by an experienced cosmetologist after assessing your skin, never "as standard".
We use only genuine BioRePeel products from a legitimate source. A non-genuine or poorly stored peel means an unpredictable concentration and a real risk of irritation.
The number of layers and exposure time isn't arbitrary — the cosmetologist tailors them to how your skin responds. "Stronger" doesn't mean "better".
After a peel, skin is more sensitive to the sun — daily SPF 50+ isn't a suggestion, it's part of the treatment.

MEDICAL PEELS
From the cosmetologist's chair
The most common question in the chair: "will it sting?". Tingling and warmth are part of how the treatment works — TCA is doing its job. This usually lasts a few minutes per layer, and most people tolerate it without any issue. If the reaction is stronger, we adjust the number of layers and timing — that's what your specialist is there for.
Contraindications
Some contraindications are permanent, others temporary — in the latter case, we simply postpone the treatment until the situation resolves.
From the cosmetologist's chair
Two things clients "overlook" most often: herpes and recent sun exposure. "It's just a small cold sore" or "I was in the sun a week ago, but it's faded now" — these are real reasons to postpone the treatment by a few days. Better to wait than risk a herpes flare-up or hyperpigmentation.
This isn't a full list — we'll go through your medications, skin conditions and previous treatments individually during consultation.

What to expect
Most important: BioRePeel isn't a peel that "strips your skin". For most people, there's no visible flaking. Radiance and a feeling of firmness appear immediately, while deeper improvement builds over the following days and with each session.
Some clients say, after one session: "nice glow, but where's the big change?". And this is exactly the point of BioRePeel — a single session gives you glow, but remodelling happens with a series. That's a benefit, not a drawback: instead of one intense "stripping" of the epidermis, you get several gentle boosts that your skin handles comfortably.
After the treatment, skin is more sensitive to sun — that's why SPF 50+ applies for the following days, and strong home acids and retinol are paused for a week.

BioRePeel and your lifestyle
With peels, most questions concern not the treatment itself, but what comes after: sun, make-up, sauna, home acids, training. There's one rule — for the first few days, we don't want to overheat, irritate or expose freshly renewed skin to the sun.
This is the most important point with peels. For at least a few days, avoid intense sun and sunbeds, and apply SPF 50+ daily — even in cloudy weather. Skipping sunscreen after a peel is the simplest route to hyperpigmentation.
No visible flaking means you can apply make-up the same day and go straight back to work. Choose gentle, hydrating products.
High temperatures and chlorinated water irritate freshly renewed skin. Postpone sauna, pool and very hot baths for 1–2 days.
Pause retinol, strong AHA/BHA acids and mechanical exfoliation for about a week. Your skin has already had a solid boost — adding more would only over-irritate it.
Intense training and heavy sweating straight after the treatment can worsen redness. Gentle movement is fine; skip intense exercise for the first 24 hours.
Travelling into full sun or using a sunbed straight after a peel risks hyperpigmentation. Planning a holiday? Mention it during your consultation — we'll schedule your series so your skin has time to settle.

Informational text. The description above is for information and education only — it doesn't replace a consultation or an individual skin assessment. BioRePeel is a beauty treatment (the term "medical peel" refers to the class of the product, not to it being performed by a doctor). The choice of peel, its strength, the number of sessions in a series and any contraindications are decided by a cosmetologist/specialist during an individual consultation.
