This isn't information meant to discourage you — it's simply about precision: every tissue needs the right tool.

What to expect during recovery — practical tips

It's worth planning the treatment well in advance if you have important meetings, a wedding, or an event where you want to look your usual self. After a week, swelling usually subsides enough for you to return to your normal routine.
You can wear makeup over the treated area after 24–48 hours — your doctor will confirm this after assessing your skin. Active ingredients (retinol, exfoliating acids, vitamin C) on the face should be resumed only once healing is complete — usually from the second week onwards. This is a standard rule after any injectable facial treatment.

Can I wear makeup the day after chin lipolysis?
Usually yes, after 24–48 hours — the skin needs to heal after the injections. Your doctor will assess the area after the treatment and give you exact guidance. You can apply foundation and concealer gently; avoid alcohol-based products directly on the area for the first week.
Can I have injection lipolysis after giving birth, if I'm not breastfeeding?
If you're not breastfeeding, there are no medical contraindications related to the postpartum period — but it's worth waiting at least a few months after birth for your body to stabilise its weight and hormones. Your doctor will assess your readiness at consultation. The treatment is contraindicated during breastfeeding.
I use retinol on my face — how long before/after the treatment should I stop using it?
Stop retinol and exfoliating acids 5–7 days before the treatment in the face and neck area. After lipolysis, return to these products once your skin has fully healed — usually after 10–14 days. Your doctor will confirm when your skin is ready at consultation.
Will the result look natural, or will it be obvious I've had something done?
Injection lipolysis produces gradual changes — over weeks, not overnight. The result is a smoother contour, not a sudden difference. No one should be able to tell you've had anything done — the change looks like natural slimming of that specific area. The key is choosing a dose suited to your anatomy and your goal — your doctor determines this at consultation.
I have cellulite on my thighs — will lipolysis help?
Injection lipolysis reduces fatty tissue, but it doesn't directly affect the structure of cellulite, which relates to connective tissue fibres and microcirculation. LPG endermology is more effective for cellulite — available at J'adore Instytut. The two methods can be combined in a comprehensive plan: lipolysis reduces volume, while endermology improves skin texture and firmness.
