They want healthier, denser, more radiant skin — the kind they had a few years ago. That's exactly what Profhilo does: it works on the quality of the skin itself from within, without contouring, without filling, without any visible trace of treatment. The result is something you feel — deeper hydration, firmness, density — not a filled cheek that others can see.
For women, Profhilo is most often used on the face — but it works just as naturally on the neck, décolletage and hands. These areas seem to age faster than the face, and home skincare rarely does enough for them. Profhilo, your make-up and your skincare

Good news: Profhilo doesn't interfere with your routine. From the day after treatment, you go back to your normal make-up — base, foundation, powder, concealer. The only thing to avoid during the first 24 hours is pressing or massaging the injection sites, because the small bumps (characteristic of the BAP technique) disperse on their own and don't need your help.
Your skincare routine returns to normal after a few days, with one exception: we pause strong exfoliating acids and retinol for a few days around the treatment, so as not to irritate the skin while it regenerates. The rest of your routine — serums, creams, oils — is fine and supports the Profhilo result well.

Frequently asked questions

Can Profhilo on the neck and décolletage be done in the same session as the face?
Yes — it's a common and practical combination. A specialist adjusts the BAP points for each area separately, because the anatomy of the neck and décolletage differs from that of the face. The treatment takes a little longer — around fifteen extra minutes — and the results on the neck and décolletage appear in the same window as on the face: 4–6 weeks after the second session.
How does Profhilo work on the hands?
The hands are one of the areas that show age fastest — thin skin, little fatty tissue, visible tendons. Profhilo injected into the back of the hand improves hydration, thickness and firmness of the skin. This isn't about adding volume — it's about improving the quality of the skin itself. The result is subtle and natural: hands look healthier and better cared for, with no artificial effect.
Do I need to stop retinoids for the entire series, or just before each session?
Just before each session — for a few days. Between sessions (usually around four weeks apart), you return to your full routine, including retinoids. The pause applies to the treatment window itself, not the entire series period. Regular retinoid use between sessions supports the Profhilo result well.
I use retinol and acids — do I need to stop them completely?
For a few days around the treatment — yes. We pause strong retinoids and exfoliating acids so as not to irritate the skin during regeneration. You return to them once your skin has settled, which usually takes a few days. Regular skincare supports the Profhilo result, and it's worth continuing it between sessions.
Does the result look natural? Will anyone notice I've had something done?
The result of Profhilo is better skin condition, not a change in your features or volume. People around you will see that you look fresh and radiant — that's it. No bumps visible on the face after a week, no swelling, no mask-like look. This is one of the reasons Profhilo is so often chosen as a first treatment by women who have previously steered clear of aesthetic medicine.
