SPA rituals for men

Regeneration you feel in your muscles — and in your mind

The SPA ritual for men is increasingly seen as part of regeneration and hygiene, not "spa for women" — a way to reset after work and training, and to care for skin that's easy to overlook day to day. The goal is the same: slow down, and genuinely rest.

The areas we work on

  1. easing tension in the neck, shoulders and back, plus skin regeneration;
  2. the Men Power ritual — combining facial skincare with relaxation for men;
  3. firmer, more decisive massage pressure available on request;
  4. zero downtime — after the ritual, you're straight back to your day, smooth and rested.

Regeneration you feel in your muscles — and in your mind

The SPA ritual isn't a cosmetic luxury reserved for a particular lifestyle. It's a multi-stage regenerative session that combines exfoliation, massage and a wrap into one coherent experience — designed so that after 90 minutes, your body and nervous system are genuinely in a different state than when you walked in.
Male skin and muscle respond to the SPA ritual differently to female skin — and, in their own way, gain more from it. Thicker skin with a higher density of sebaceous glands, stronger muscle tension after training or long hours at a desk, deeper contractures in the neck and lower back — all of this calls for a more intensive, more targeted approach. That's exactly what a ritual tailored to you can offer.

Male skin — different structure, different needs

Male skin is around 25% thicker than female skin and contains more collagen — which is why it can seem resilient and low-maintenance for a long time. But regular contact with a razor, cold, wind, outdoor work and a lack of consistent body care all take their toll eventually.
A salt or sugar scrub in the ritual has a more noticeable effect here than on female skin — it removes built-up dead cells, evens out texture and prepares the skin for deep absorption of oils and the wrap. The result after the first session is noticeable — to you, and to others.
The massage in rituals like Forest or Deep Relax is performed with appropriately chosen pressure — a firmer grip, work on deeper muscle layers, focus on the contractures that build up over weeks of work or training. This isn't a gentle relaxation session — it's real work on muscle tissue.

Who it's for, and what for

The men's version of the SPA ritual has several very specific uses:
  • After intensive training or a training cycle — Sport Recovery combines sports massage with a cooling wrap and cupping therapy, speeding up recovery and reducing post-exercise soreness
  • For chronic neck and lower-back tension — Deep Relax focuses on releasing the contractures that cause headaches, neck pain and limited neck rotation
  • As regeneration between trips or projects — Forest gives you a deep sensory and muscular reset, without needing to leave the city
  • As a quick refresh before an important meeting — Business Man (45 minutes) refreshes the face, releases tension around the temples and gives you the look of someone who slept well

Parameters tailored to anatomy, not a one-size-fits-all approach

Massage pressure, the type of scrub, choice of oils and wrap exposure time are all set individually — based on your build, muscle tension and the goal you've come in with. There's no single template "for men" — there's a conversation at the start, and a treatment matched to what you actually need.

Frequently asked questions

Can I come the day after weight training, when my muscles are sore?
Yes — and it's actually one of the best times to come. Massage after weight training speeds up the removal of metabolites from the muscles, reduces soreness and shortens the time needed for full recovery. The Sport Recovery ritual is designed exactly for this. Tell your specialist which muscle groups were trained intensively — she'll focus on those.
Is stubble or a few days' beard growth a problem for a facial wrap?
No. Facial hair isn't a contraindication and doesn't get in the way. The products used in the facial wrap and serum are chosen with your skin type in mind — with facial hair, your specialist uses a formula that doesn't settle into the stubble or irritate the skin underneath. If you've just shaved, let us know — we'll wait a short while before applying the serum.
Will anyone be able to tell I've been for a SPA session?
No — if you mean effects visible to others. Your skin will look better, but subtly: more even, healthy and well cared for. There will be no redness, swelling or anything anyone would connect with "having a treatment." Men who regularly come for SPA rituals simply look better — and rarely tell anyone why.
How far ahead of an important meeting or trip should I book the ritual?
A day or two beforehand is the optimal timing. Your skin is at its best for 48–72 hours after the ritual. The Business Man ritual (45 minutes) can even be booked the same day — no recovery period, no redness, you leave ready to go.
Can I go to the gym the same day as the ritual?
Better not to — especially after a deep massage or Sport Recovery. Your muscles are relaxed and need rest for full recovery to happen. Training the same day reduces the treatment's effect. Ideally: ritual in the evening, training the next day — or training in the morning and the ritual in the afternoon.
