LPG endermology (Alliance) for men

Different tissue, different goal — and why the result can last longer in men

Men most often come to us for abdominal and love-handle firming, reducing "love handles," and post-training recovery — the mechanical massage loosens tight fascia and improves circulation. It's also good support for skin after major weight loss. This is classic endermologia LPG for men — no needles, no downtime, you can get straight back to your day.

When it's worth it — indications

  • Cellulite — the main indication for endermology: "orange-peel skin" on the thighs, buttocks and abdomen, at various stages.
  • Localised fat and "stubborn" areas — thighs, abdomen, love handles, arms, which are hard to contour with diet alone.
  • Lymphatic stagnation, heavy and swollen legs — a feeling of heaviness, swelling, fluid retention; the drainage mode genuinely brings relief.
  • Laxity and loss of firmness — skin after weight loss or with age, lacking tone.
  • Skin after pregnancy — a lax abdomen and changes in firmness as the body returns to its previous state (after the postpartum period and consultation).
  • Evening out the silhouette after contouring treatments — as support and to "fine-tune" the result.
  • Endermolift (face) — the same technology in a version for the face: lifting, radiance and drainage of the facial contour (a separate treatment in cat.04).

The areas we work on

  1. love handles and the abdomen — firming and evening out the silhouette;
  2. skin after major weight loss — improved firmness;
  3. post-training recovery — loosening fascia, better circulation;
  4. zero downtime — a session before or after work is no problem.

Different tissue, different goal — and why the result can last longer in men

Endermology for men isn't the same treatment "in a unisex version." Male tissue follows different physics, so the approach has to differ too.
The key point is that male skin is thicker — by roughly 20–25% on average — has a stronger collagen layer, and the connective fibres beneath it form a dense, criss-crossing mesh (the same anatomical difference that means men have "orange-peel skin" far less often). The practical takeaway matters more than the theory, though: once fibrosis, fatty tissue changes or laxity do develop in men, the tissue is firmer and more resistant to being worked through.
That's why on male tissue we work with a stronger, precisely calibrated stimulus, and with more patience. The head needs to "break through" thicker skin and stiffer fascia to genuinely mobilise what lies beneath. The result is rarely dramatic after a single session — but once it appears, it tends to be longer-lasting, because male skin "gives up" the firmness it's built less easily.
We always set the goal individually. For one person, that might mean subtly reducing the appearance of fatigue and improving contour; for another — a clear change: a noticeably firmer abdomen, sculpted sides, a more defined silhouette, a younger-looking body. Endermology covers this whole spectrum, from discreet fine-tuning to a genuine rejuvenation of the body's appearance — your goal decides how far we go.

Four typical "male" goals

In practice, men come to us with different concerns than women — and we approach each one a little differently.
  • A stubborn abdomen and "love handles" despite training. A classic case: you train, you watch what you eat, and the lower abdomen and sides just won't budge. In men, fat tends to be stored in the "apple" pattern — around the waist and abdomen, often including stubborn visceral fat that a calorie deficit alone doesn't shift evenly. The lipolytic mode mobilises stubborn subcutaneous areas, while drainage relieves the swollen ones.
  • Love handles and the waist area. The most common "male" zone — here we work on evening out the contour and firming, so the silhouette looks more compact, in a fitted shirt or without one.
  • Skin after significant weight loss. After dropping a good number of kilos, lax skin is left behind, unable to shrink fast enough. Mechanostimulation stimulates the rebuilding of firmness and tone — "sealing in" the result of weight reduction.
  • Recovery after training and tight fascia. This is the niche men appreciate fastest: mechanically loosening tense, "aching" muscles and fascia, better circulation, and a faster return to full form after a hard strength session.

How to fit endermology into training and your lifestyle

You won't find this in the general description, but for active men it's key: endermology and sport don't just coexist — they reinforce each other.
Mechanical massage stimulates circulation and drainage, so it works a bit like deep fascia rolling: it clears out the by-products of exertion, reduces that "acidic" feeling, and speeds up recovery. In practice, the best results come from booking a session a day or two after a hard session for a given muscle group — that way the treatment helps muscles bounce back, instead of adding load to freshly fatigued tissue.
Movement between sessions itself drives the lipolytic effect — fat tissue that the treatment "gets moving" is more easily metabolised when you're active. If you're aiming to reduce your sides and abdomen, combining endermology with regular training and a sensible diet delivers far more than the treatment alone.

The desk-bound man — drainage you're underrating

A separate chapter is men whose "sport" is twelve hours at a desk and several more behind the wheel. Here, endermology does something training simply can't.
Long periods of sitting encourage lymphatic stagnation in the legs and lower abdomen, and in men over forty this comes with a growing risk of venous issues — heavy legs, that "packed" feeling in the calves by the end of the day. The drainage mode genuinely relieves this, improving circulation exactly where a sedentary lifestyle chokes it off. For many men, this is the first time they even notice how "stagnant" their legs have become.
It's also an argument against putting off the treatment "until I find time for the gym." If there's no time for regular exercise, endermology in drainage-lipolytic mode is worthwhile support in its own right — it won't replace movement, but it counters exactly the effects of its absence that show and are felt the soonest.

No needles, no downtime — the silhouette handled "on the side"

For many men, the barrier is purely practical: no time and no interest in anything that requires "recovery." Endermology removes that barrier.
No needles, no piercing, no downtime means you can fit a session in before work, during a break, or right after training, and go straight back to your day — nothing shows, nothing needs covering. No bandages, no "recovering." For a busy man, that's often the deciding factor: working on your silhouette costs not a single day out of circulation, and fits into your schedule just like a haircut appointment.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to shave before a treatment on my abdomen or chest?
There's no such requirement — the head works on the skin through the endermology suit, so body hair isn't an issue. If you do shave the area, it's best done the day before rather than right before the session, to avoid irritating freshly shaved skin.
I train hard with weights — when's the best time to fit in endermology?
Ideally a day or two after a hard session for a given muscle group — that way the treatment supports recovery, rather than adding more stimulus to already fatigued muscles. Light training the same day after a session isn't a problem, and movement between treatments actually reinforces the lipolytic effect.
Can I combine endermology with other body-contouring treatments?
Yes — endermology works well alongside contouring and draining technologies, and your cosmetologist will plan the order and spacing during your consultation. For men, a common pairing is mechanostimulation on the sides and abdomen plus drainage for the legs, especially with sedentary work; the details are tailored to your goal and schedule.
Will the result show, given I have thicker skin and firmer tissue?
It will, just usually later than for women — because thicker skin and stiffer fascia need a stronger stimulus and several sessions before they respond. But once the result appears, it tends to last longer on male tissue. That's why we work with more intensive settings and don't judge the outcome after a single visit.
I'm over forty and have heavy legs from sitting — is this for me?
Yes, and the drainage mode can be especially noticeable in that case. Do mention anything related to veins and circulation during your consultation, though — with varicose veins or serious venous insufficiency, we choose settings carefully or refer you to a doctor first, since endermology strongly stimulates the lymphatic system.
