NIR thermolifting (Soprano NIR) for women

NIR thermal lifting for women — what we pay attention to

The most common goal is tightening the contour, neck and décolletage and firming the body after pregnancy or weight loss. Women's skin can be thinner and more delicate, so intensity is chosen more carefully, favouring comfort and a gradual effect. This is classic NIR thermal lifting for women.

When it's worth it — indications

  • Sagging facial contour and jawline — when the contour loses its definition.
  • Lax skin on the neck and décolletage — one of the most rewarding zones for NIR.
  • Double chin / submental area — gentle firming of the skin in this area.
  • Loose abdominal skin — after pregnancy or weight loss, when exercise alone isn't enough.
  • Inner thighs and arms — laxity that doesn't go away on its own.
  • Buttocks — lifting and contour firming.
  • Cellulite and "tired", under-toned body skin — improved quality and density.
  • Anti-ageing prevention — for those who want to actively slow skin laxity.

The areas we work on

  1. facial contour, neck, décolletage — tightening and improved contour;
  2. abdomen after pregnancy, thighs and arms — firming loose skin;
  3. buttocks and cellulite-prone zones — lifting and better skin quality;
  4. prevention — maintaining firmness before laxity sets in.

NIR thermal lifting for women — what we pay attention to

Women's skin has its own characteristics: it can be thinner and more delicate — particularly on the décolleté and neck — which is why we carefully adjust the intensity of NIR heat, always based on an assessment of the skin during consultation. This does not mean less effect — it means precision.
The most common goals in the female zone are tightening the facial contour and jawline, firming the neck and décolletage, and working on the body: loose abdominal skin after pregnancy or weight loss, inner thighs and arms, and the buttocks. NIR works comfortably across all these zones — with the same applicator, using tailored settings.
Many women come in thinking "I'll start before it's really visible" — and that's a good moment to begin. NIR thermal lifting works well as prevention: regular collagen stimulation slows laxity before it sets in.

Skin after pregnancy and weight loss

This is one of the most common conversations during consultation. When exercise alone can't tighten loose abdominal skin — not because you're doing something wrong, but because exercise builds muscle, not collagen — NIR reaches where it's needed: deep into the dermis, stimulating fibroblasts to produce new collagen.
An important point: NIR improves skin firmness and quality. It doesn't reduce excess tissue and it doesn't replace treatment for diastasis recti. We always set realistic expectations during consultation — that's an honest conversation, not an empty promise.

One of the most pleasant experiences in the salon

Many clients say it outright: "I thought it would hurt." NIR is deep, soothing heat, not a stinging sensation. The effect is often compared to a hot compress that penetrates deep — only controlled and precise. Some clients simply fall asleep.
Good thermal lifting is also about a calm treatment experience: constant monitoring of temperature and comfort, smooth applicator movement — and enough time for the skin to absorb the energy calmly. Rushing doesn't help the result.

Frequently asked questions

Is NIR thermal lifting suitable for the décolletage if I have sensitive skin?
Yes — the décolletage is actually one of the most rewarding zones for NIR. The applicator is guided using settings tailored to the thinner, more delicate skin in this area. We choose the intensity carefully and monitor comfort throughout the treatment.
How long does the series take and when will I see results?
The specialist determines the exact number of sessions during consultation — it depends on the zone and degree of laxity. The effect builds gradually: a slight tightening can be felt after the first session, while the full change — new collagen — matures over several weeks after the series. It's worth planning your series well ahead of an important event.
Can NIR thermal lifting be combined with other treatments during the same visit?
It depends on the combination — a specialist always decides on order and spacing. The most common pairings are NIR with mesotherapy or biostimulators (tightening plus nourishment) and NIR with RF, which adds more intensive stimulation. We plan any combination during consultation.
Is there a good time in the cycle to start a series?
NIR isn't tied to the menstrual cycle — sessions can be planned without particular restrictions. The one constant restriction is pregnancy and breastfeeding, which are contraindications.
I have an important event in three weeks — will I see results in time?
The treatment itself leaves no visible marks and there's no "forbidden window" beforehand — you can attend an event the very same day. However, the peak NIR effect (new collagen) builds over weeks after the series, not the day after your first session. If you want visible change by a specific date, plan your series well in advance.
