Micropigmentation camouflage
Indications:
- Vitiligo localised on the face (lips, brows, eye area)
- Vitiligo that negatively affects psychological wellbeing
- Stable vitiligo — not spreading for at least 12 months
Pigment is matched to your healthy skin colour through sample testing, then implanted under the skin of the white patches. Result: a visual match with the surrounding tissue.
Safe care treatments for vitiligo
Most standard J'ADORE treatments are safe for vitiligo — with a few important exceptions worth knowing before your visit.
Tanning and vitiligo
Vitiligo prevents patches from tanning — melanocytes don't produce pigment there. Without protection, healthy tanned skin can contrast even more with the white areas.
Spray tan is an option for temporary tone correction — it visually evens out the skin before an important event. The effect lasts a few days to around two weeks.
