ClearLift — non-ablative laser (Q-switched Nd:YAG) for men

ClearLift and men's skin — a stronger stimulus, the same no downtime

Men's skin is thicker and firmer, so parameters are usually set higher to achieve a comparable stimulus. The goal: a rested, less tired look without changing your features — this is ClearLift for men, valued for its complete discretion (no visible signs, straight back to your next meeting).

When it's worth it — indications

  • Early loss of firmness — face and neck skin that's beginning to lose tension.
  • Fine lines and wrinkles — around the eyes, mouth and forehead; a subtle smoothing effect without "switching off" your expressions.
  • Grey, tired skin tone — when skin looks dull and lifeless despite good sleep.
  • Enlarged pores and uneven texture — a gradual smoothing of the skin's surface.
  • Sun-induced hyperpigmentation and spots — brightening skin tone over a series of sessions.
  • Fine, superficial broken capillaries — as a supporting element in improving skin tone.
  • Photoageing prevention — for slowing ageing processes before they become visible.
  • Anyone with no time for recovery — when you can't afford days of red, flaking skin.

The areas we work on

  1. face, forehead, eye area, neck;
  2. smoothing fine lines and softening a "harsh", tired look;
  3. evening out grey, dull skin tone;
  4. zero downtime — shaving and a return to normal activities almost straight away (the skin's surface stays untouched).

ClearLift and men's skin — a stronger stimulus, the same no downtime

Men's skin is 20–30% thicker than women's — with a denser network of collagen fibres, a stronger dermal layer and firmer muscle tension. This is an advantage that helps men keep skin firmness for longer — but once collagen starts depleting, the changes are marked: deeper furrows, a more visible greyish tone, more noticeable sagging in the lower face.
ClearLift for men involves higher laser energies than for women — precisely matched to the thickness of your skin and the depth at which fibroblasts work. Not less treatment, but treatment tailored to your anatomy. The result: more intensive collagen stimulation with the same zero downtime.

A face that says more than you'd like — what ClearLift corrects for men

A tired face despite eight hours' sleep. Nasolabial folds that have deepened. Neck skin that no longer holds the jawline. These aren't dramatic changes — they're gradual shifts that eventually start showing up in the mirror and on camera.
The Laser Nd:YAG 1064 nm works 3–5 mm beneath the surface of the skin — without disturbing the epidermis. In areas where collagen is depleted, the impulses create microscopic thermal zones that force its renewal. After 4–6 sessions: visible smoothing of wrinkles, tightening of the jawline, evening of skin tone. An effect that doesn’t say “I’ve had laser treatment”, but “looks great”.
  • Nasolabial folds and forehead lines — softened without injections
  • Eye area — reduced crow's feet, a mild lifting effect
  • Neck and jawline — improved contour without surgery
  • Grey, dull skin tone — a marked improvement after the first session
  • Sun-induced hyperpigmentation and uneven tone — the laser fragments melanin

Beards, shaving and ClearLift — what you need to know

ClearLift doesn't conflict with a beard — or with its absence, or with regular shaving. The epidermis stays untouched, so skin under a beard and freshly shaved skin respond the same way: no swelling, no flaking, no redness.
The one rule: avoid shaving with a razor for 24–48 hours after the treatment if you can — not because the skin is damaged, but because minor mechanical irritation in the first day after a session places unnecessary strain on the skin barrier. Beard, moustache, stubble — no restrictions beyond that window.

Training, sauna, activity — post-treatment recommendations for active men

After ClearLift, one of the shortest lists of restrictions among laser treatments applies. For the first 24 hours: no intense strength training or sauna — elevated body temperature and intense sweating may prolong any micro-redness. After 24 hours: you return to full activity.
SPF 50 for 48 hours after the treatment is the only hard requirement — the epidermis is intact, but the dermis after laser stimulation is more sensitive to UV radiation for 24 hours. Sunscreen before going out in the morning, and possibly a head covering in strong sun — that is enough.

Frequently asked questions

Will it be obvious I've had ClearLift?
No — and that is precisely the point. ClearLift is non-ablative — the epidermis remains intact, there is no peeling, no redness lasting longer than a few minutes. You can book the treatment during your lunch break and be back at a meeting the same day. No colleague, no client, no camera will pick up that you have just been to a laser therapy specialist.
Can I shave the next day after treatment?
Yes. The skin surface is intact — shaving is possible as early as the next day without restrictions. If you can wait 24 hours before the first shave after the session, so much the better — this is the optimal window for the dermis after stimulation. With stubble or a beard there are no restrictions.
Can I do strength training on the day of treatment?
It's best to hold off on intense training for 24 hours — not because of skin damage (the epidermis stays untouched), but because raised body temperature and heavy sweating in the first hours after a session can slightly prolong any minor redness. Moderate cardio is fine. After 24 hours, you're back to full activity.
Will I see a difference after one session, or is this a long process?
After the first session you will see a subtle glow and an improvement in skin tone — this is the effect of stimulating the microcirculation. The lifting effect and smoothing of wrinkles build up over 4–6 weeks after each session, because building new collagen is a biological process, not an immediate effect. After 4–6 sessions: a clear difference in firmness and texture. The changes are gradual and natural — not immediately after the treatment.
Can ClearLift be combined with other treatments — Botox, HIFU lifting?
Yes — and this is often the most effective sequence for men over forty. ClearLift rebuilds collagen and evens out skin tone, HIFU works on deeper tissues, lifting the oval of the face, and Botox reduces dynamic wrinkles on the forehead and around the eyes. Between sessions of individual treatments, we keep a minimum interval of 2 weeks. A specialist will plan the order of treatments tailored to your goals and schedule.
