Exosomes for women

Your skin hasn't become difficult — it just needs the right language

Exosomes for women most often focus on facial skin quality. This includes rebuilding radiance, firmness and hydration. We regenerate "difficult" skin that has stopped responding to other treatments and provide support after laser procedures. Usually, a series of several sessions is planned, often as part of a larger protocol with laser or microneedling.

When it's worth it — indications

  • Mature skin — losing density, radiance and firmness.
  • "Difficult" skin — which has stopped responding to standard biostimulators, peels or mesotherapy.
  • Regeneration after laser / peel — when you want faster healing and shorter redness.
  • Skin tired from oxidative stress — sun, pollution, lifestyle.
  • Dull skin tone — for example, during the perimenopausal period.
  • Reactive skin, prone to irritation — exosomes have a soothing and anti-inflammatory effect.
  • Post-imperfection marks — supporting reconstruction within acne scars.
  • Early hair thinning (in men, AGA) — exosomes are also used on the scalp.

The areas we work on

  1. revitalisation of the face, neck and décolletage — radiance, density, firmness;
  2. regeneration of "difficult" and dull skin, e.g. perimenopausal;
  3. booster after laser — less redness, faster recovery;
  4. soothing reactive skin and support for acne scars.

Your skin hasn't become difficult — it just needs the right language

After forty, fibroblasts slow down. This is not because they have lost the ability to work. It is because they no longer receive biological signals strong enough to activate them. Creams work on the surface. Biostimulators work chemically. Exosomes work differently. They speak to your cells in a language they have always understood — mRNA and microRNA from stem cells. They do not supplement, fill or mask. They reprogramme.
A woman's skin has its own specifics that cannot be ignored. Hormonal changes — especially during perimenopause and menopause — rapidly accelerate collagen loss. It is estimated that in the first five years after menopause, the skin loses up to 30% of its collagen. Exosomes target exactly this mechanism. They instruct fibroblasts to produce their own collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. This comes from deep within the cell activated at the level of gene expression, not from an external supplement. The result is more durable because it comes from within.

Skin after treatment, after laser, after being ignored for too long — exosomes are a reset

We often see women whose skin has been through a lot: intensive peels, fractional lasers, and sometimes years of UV exposure without protection. The paradox is that such skin — though demanding — responds exceptionally well to exosomes. Why? Because exosomes work at a level where standard therapies stop: cellular signalling. Skin that has stopped responding to Profhilo, mesotherapy or acids often starts responding to exosomes. This is because it receives an instruction, not just an ingredient.
Administered 24–48 hours after a laser treatment, exosomes shorten regeneration by up to half. Redness fades faster. The barrier rebuilds more efficiently. This is not a coincidence. It is a designed synergy between controlled damage and a biological repair response.

A dose tailored to anatomy — not a calculator

The female facial contour, the depth of expression lines, the degree of sun discolouration, skin thickness — all these variables influence how the protocol is chosen. The amount of preparation and the method of administration — intradermal micro-injections or application after microneedling — are always selected individually. We match them to your anatomy and therapeutic goal. This is not a price-list treatment with one dose for everyone.
A woman's skin requires different protocols at different stages of life. We work differently with the skin of a 38-year-old with the first signs of density loss. We use a different approach for the skin of a 55-year-old after menopause or skin tired after intensive dermatological treatment. Protocol flexibility is part of the treatment — not an extra.

Aftercare for exosomes — no revolutions, one hard rule

The most common question is: what do I need to change in my skincare? The answer is simple. For one week after the treatment, you stop using retinol, acids and active exfoliants. The skin is in regeneration mode and does not need additional chemical stimulation. A gentle micellar water, a rich barrier cream and SPF 50 — that is all. After a week, you return to your routine. Retinol is not an enemy of exosomes — it is just a guest that should wait a few days longer.
You postpone makeup for 24 hours. This is not because you cannot look good. It is because the skin has micro-openings after micro-injections that need a few hours to close. This is the only price for access to the deep layers of the skin.

Frequently asked questions

Can I apply makeup the day after the treatment?
Yes — after 24 hours you can return to full makeup. During the first day, the skin is delicate. Micro-openings from injections are closing. Cosmetics could irritate the barrier or contaminate the micro-channels. The next day, the skin is ready — and usually already looks better than before the treatment.
Are exosomes safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
No. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are absolute contraindications for exosomes — just like most injection treatments. This is not because exosomes are dangerous. It is because we do not perform any interventions during this time without full documented safety. Return to us after this beautiful time — we will catch up.
I use retinol and acids — do I have to stop them permanently?
Absolutely not. Retinol and acids are your allies in skincare — we do not give them up. For 5–7 days after the treatment, you set active ingredients aside. The skin is in the regeneration phase and extra chemical stimulation is unnecessary. After a week, you return to your routine. You can even strengthen it — regenerated skin absorbs active ingredients better. Do exosomes give a natural result? I am afraid I will look unnatural. Exosomes do not change features, do not freeze expressions and do not fill. The result is healthier, denser, more radiant skin. It looks as if you have slept very well, stayed hydrated and lived without stress for the last few months. People rarely ask what you have done. They are more likely to say you look great lately.
Can I combine exosomes with treatments I have with a cosmetologist?
It depends on the treatment and the point in the series. Exosomes work well with many protocols. A specialist will determine the detailed order and breaks between treatments during your consultation. General rule: exosomes are performed before or directly after intensive stimulating treatments (laser, needling), not in the middle of a series of other active therapies.
