Exosomes for men

Your skin works on different principles — and exosomes take this into account

Exosomes for men have an additional, strong indication: the scalp and early hair loss (male pattern baldness, AGA). Administered into the scalp, they support hair follicles. They are often part of a therapy for early thinning — alongside regeneration of facial skin stressed by sun, stress and shaving.

When it's worth it — indications

  • Mature skin — losing density, radiance and firmness.
  • "Difficult" skin — which has stopped responding to standard biostimulators, peels or mesotherapy.
  • Regeneration after laser / peel — when you want faster healing and shorter redness.
  • Skin tired from oxidative stress — sun, pollution, lifestyle.
  • Dull skin tone — for example, during the perimenopausal period.
  • Reactive skin, prone to irritation — exosomes have a soothing and anti-inflammatory effect.
  • Post-imperfection marks — supporting reconstruction within acne scars.
  • Early hair thinning (in men, AGA) — exosomes are also used on the scalp.

The areas we work on

  1. scalp — supporting follicles during early thinning ("hair" variants);
  2. regeneration of facial skin tired from sun, stress and shaving;
  3. results on hair are visible more slowly — they are governed by the hair growth cycle;
  4. discreet goal: denser, healthier skin and hair support, without a visible "change".

Your skin works on different principles — and exosomes take this into account

A man's skin differs from a woman's anatomically. It is thicker, more richly vascularised, produces more sebum and is subjected to the daily mechanical stress of shaving. These features make it seem resistant to time for a long while. Then — often between the ages of 35 and 45 — changes come faster than expected. The complexion turns grey, loses firmness, wrinkles deepen significantly, and the scalp starts to show through where hair is thinning.
Exosomes work at a level where standard preparations stop. mRNA and microRNA from stem cells provide fibroblasts with direct instructions for regeneration. The skin is not just hydrated or chemically stimulated — it literally learns to act as it did in its youth. The thicker structure of a man's skin means that regenerative results are particularly distinct here. There is more material to work with and more volume to rebuild.

Shaving, stress, sport — daily strain has a price

Every shave is a mechanical micro-injury. Years of UV exposure without a filter accumulate as discolouration and broken elastin. Constant professional pressure raises cortisol, which inhibits collagen production. Intensive strength training — while beneficial for the physique — generates oxidative stress that the skin absorbs.
Exosomes work multi-dimensionally. Bioactive lipids contained in the vesicles have strong anti-inflammatory properties. They neutralise the effects of chronic oxidative stress. Fibroblasts reactivated by mRNA start to catch up — producing collagen and elastin at a rate the body has lost on its own. The result: skin that looks healthier and more vital. It doesn't look like you've had something done. It looks like you are simply functioning better.

Face and head — one session, two goals

What distinguishes exosome therapy for men is the possibility of working on two zones simultaneously: the face and the scalp. Thinning at the temples and the top of the head is a priority for many men. Exosomes work effectively here by activating hair follicles in the resting phase and extending the growth phase. With early male pattern baldness, results after a series of 3–4 sessions are measurable. Density increases, hair is thicker, and the thinning process slows down.
The protocol for the face and head can be carried out in one session. A specialist individually selects the application areas, the amount of preparation and the administration technique. This may be micro-injections or nano-induction with Dermapen, tailored to your anatomy and goal. Results on the face are visible sooner — after 2–4 weeks. Results on the hair require patience. The hair cycle lasts several months. New hair growth is visible 3–6 months after completing the series.

Two days of rest — and you return to your pace

Exosomes do not require sick leave or a week of hiding at home. Slight redness is possible immediately after the treatment. It subsides within 24–48 hours. For the first two days: no sauna, intensive training or UV exposure. SPF 50 for a week is mandatory. UV slows down the regeneration processes you have just started. For the scalp: avoid hair dyeing for two weeks.
Shaving? Postpone it for 24–48 hours after the treatment. This gives the skin time to close the micro-channels after the injections. That is all. No convalescence, no downtime that would require explanations. Most men return to work the next day.

Frequently asked questions

Can I shave immediately after the treatment?
For the first 24–48 hours after exosomes, you skip shaving. The skin has micro-openings from the injections that need time to close. Shaving would mechanically irritate the barrier and could introduce bacteria into the micro-channels. Take a two-day break — then return to your ritual without any restrictions.
Is intensive strength training possible after the treatment?
For 48 hours after the treatment, you skip intensive exercise. Increased body temperature and blood flow can intensify redness and slow down the absorption of the preparation. After two days, you return to the gym without restrictions. Note: regular exercise supports the long-term results of exosomes. Good circulation and low inflammation levels strengthen regeneration processes.
Will anyone notice that I have had something done?
Exosomes do not change features, do not freeze expressions and do not give a puffy face effect. The result is gradual and subtle. The skin looks healthier, more resilient and has a better tone. People are more likely to ask "you look great — have you been on holiday?" than "what have you had done?". This subtlety is the greatest advantage for many men. The improvement is clear, but the source is not obvious.
Can I combine exosomes with other treatments I already do?
Yes — exosomes work synergistically with Dermapen, mesotherapy, Palomar Emerge and PRP. Combining exosomes for the scalp with other trichological therapies is particularly effective. A specialist will choose the optimal order and breaks between treatments during your consultation. The protocol depends on what you are already doing and what your main goal is.
How much downtime from daily life?
Minimal: 2 days without sauna, intensive exercise and UV exposure. No shaving for 24–48 hours. Otherwise — your normal daily routine. The treatment lasts 45–60 minutes. You can be at work the next day. If you choose the scalp and face simultaneously, plan your day so you have a free evening.
