Exilis Ultra 360 (BTL) for men

A contour that's fading -- and what to do about it

Men most often choose Exilis Ultra 360 for men for the body — stubborn love handles, the abdomen, firming after weight loss — as well as for the facial contour and chin, when the goal is a more defined, "tighter" jawline. Men's skin is thicker, so parameters are selected individually, but the logic is the same: ultrasound breaks down tissue, radiofrequency heats, releases fat and remodels collagen.

When it's worth it — indications

  • Lax facial skin — jowls, a blurred jawline, loss of tone and firmness after age 35–40.
  • Lax body skin — the abdomen after pregnancy or weight loss, inner thighs, arms.
  • Cellulite — "orange peel" texture on the thighs and buttocks that's hard to smooth with training alone.
  • Localised excess fat tissue — love handles, a "muffin top", the knee area (Exilis supports reduction but doesn't replace a calorie deficit).
  • Double chin — combining firming with work on localised fat in one area.
  • Loss of tone after pregnancy or weight loss — when the figure is already there, but the skin has been left behind.

The areas we work on

  1. love handles and the waist area — working on localised excess tissue;
  2. double chin and a blurred contour — a sharper, firmer jawline;
  3. firming skin after significant weight loss;
  4. the abdomen after weight loss — tightening skin where the figure is already there.

A contour that's fading -- and what to do about it

A man's face loses definition differently than a woman's. A jawline that looked sharp for years starts to blur into a softer contour. "Love handles" and the abdomen hold on despite diet and gym work. The chin doubles despite an otherwise lean figure. This isn't a discipline issue -- it's tissue physics: collagen weakens, and stubborn fat tissue has its favourite spots, regardless of calorie deficit. Exilis Ultra 360 targets exactly this: ultrasound breaks down fibrous tissue within fat cells, while radiofrequency heats the tissue to 40--42°C -- releasing stored fat and remodelling collagen.

Zones men choose most often

On the face: the jawline and chin. The result? A more defined, tighter contour -- no needles, no marks, no time off work.
On the body:
Men's skin is statistically thicker and has a higher collagen concentration than women's -- which means treatment parameters are selected individually. The mechanism is identical; the calibration differs.
  • love handles and the waist area -- spots where fat tissue holds on despite a well-controlled diet;
  • the abdomen after significant weight loss -- skin needs firming once the figure is already there;
  • double chin -- combining skin firming with work on localised fat in one area.

After weight loss -- a separate case

After weight loss, the problem can be the opposite of fat itself: the body becomes leaner, but the skin -- particularly around the abdomen and waist -- stays lax, because it lost the support of fat tissue before collagen had time to adjust. Exilis firms this skin with radiofrequency heat, stimulating collagen remodelling, and where localised excess tissue remains, ultrasound and heat-driven fat release come into play. This isn't a substitute for exercise -- it complements what exercise can't reach.

Frequently asked questions

Will it be obvious that I've had something done?
No. After the treatment, there are no marks and nothing to explain. You may notice only mild redness and a warm sensation, which fade within a few hours. The result -- better contour definition, less visible love handles -- appears gradually over the course of the series, not suddenly after one visit.
How long does one session take, and do I need to skip training?
The session takes around an hour, depending on the area. You don't need to interrupt training -- light activity the same day is actually recommended. Just skip the sauna on the day of the treatment: the skin is already warmed by radiofrequency, so it's best to hold off on additional intense heat that day.
I have metal implants from surgery -- can I have Exilis?
Metal implants in the treatment area (plates, screws) are something to discuss at consultation -- they usually rule out a specific area, not the whole body. A pacemaker or implanted defibrillator is an absolute contraindication for radiofrequency -- mention this upfront.
After how many sessions will I see a difference?
Skin tightening can be noticeable after the very first session, but this effect is temporary. A lasting change (a more defined contour, less visible love handles) builds up over the series -- we usually plan 4--8 sessions every 7--14 days. The full effect of collagen remodelling continues to develop for weeks after the series ends.
Isn't this just a "women's" cellulite treatment?
No. Exilis is a device-based treatment for firming and contouring skin and tissue -- in men, it mainly targets jawline contour, skin firmness and localised fat around the waist. The mechanism (RF + ultrasound) is the same regardless of gender.
