Exilis Ultra 360 (BTL) for women

When skin loses tone that training can't restore

In women, Exilis Ultra 360 for women most often addresses two areas at once: the face (firming and lifting a sagging contour, sharpening the jawline, working on the chin) and the body (cellulite on the thighs and buttocks, lax abdominal skin after pregnancy, inner thighs and arms). The goal: smoother, firmer skin and a more defined body outline — with no needles and no downtime, delivered as a pleasant, warm massage.

When it's worth it — indications

  • Lax facial skin — jowls, a blurred jawline, loss of tone and firmness after age 35–40.
  • Lax body skin — the abdomen after pregnancy or weight loss, inner thighs, arms.
  • Cellulite — "orange peel" texture on the thighs and buttocks that's hard to smooth with training alone.
  • Localised excess fat tissue — love handles, a "muffin top", the knee area (Exilis supports reduction but doesn't replace a calorie deficit).
  • Double chin — combining firming with work on localised fat in one area.
  • Loss of tone after pregnancy or weight loss — when the figure is already there, but the skin has been left behind.

The areas we work on

  1. firming and lifting the facial contour and sharpening the jawline;
  2. cellulite on the thighs and buttocks — smoothing the "orange peel" texture;
  3. firming abdominal skin after pregnancy or weight loss;
  4. working on the contour of the thighs, arms and knee area.

When skin loses tone that training can't restore

After pregnancy, the abdomen can feel soft -- not thick, just lax. After weight loss, skin on the thighs and arms lags behind the new figure. Past thirty-five, the facial contour starts to drop millimetre by millimetre, before you even notice. This isn't neglect -- it's the physics of collagen and fat tissue. Exilis Ultra 360 targets exactly this: ultrasound breaks down fibrous tissue within fat cells, while radiofrequency heats the tissue to 40--42°C, releasing stored fat and remodelling collagen. Two technologies in one pass of the applicator -- and the whole thing feels like a warm, pleasant massage.

Zones women choose most often

On the face, the goal is usually firming and lifting a sagging contour -- jowls near the jawline, loss of cheek definition, a chin that's started to double. Exilis tightens and firms facial skin with no needles, no visible marks and no downtime.
On the body, women most often mention:
  • abdominal skin after pregnancy or significant weight loss -- lax, and hard to shift through exercise;
  • cellulite on the thighs and buttocks -- "orange peel" texture resistant to training;
  • inner thighs and arms -- zones where diet alone doesn't restore firmness;
  • the knee area and "love handles" -- localised excess fat supported by radiofrequency and ultrasound.

Skin after pregnancy -- a chapter of its own

Abdominal skin after pregnancy is tissue that's been stretched for months. A calorie deficit can bring weight back down, but it won't restore skin elasticity -- these are two separate processes. The heat from Exilis's radiofrequency stimulates the dermis to remodel collagen, while ultrasound works on the tissue beneath. The effect isn't immediate -- collagen remodels over weeks -- but after a full series (usually 4--8 sessions every 7--14 days), the skin becomes noticeably firmer. The treatment doesn't remove stretch marks and doesn't replace physical activity, but it complements what training can't reach.

How this fits into your daily rhythm

There's no downtime, no visible marks, no need to take time off work. You may notice mild redness and a warm sensation, which fade within a few hours. After a facial treatment, you go straight back to meetings, to your child, to daily life. The only thing Exilis asks for: plenty of water that same day, and SPF 50+ on the face after RF sessions (new collagen is sun-sensitive).

Frequently asked questions

Can Exilis replace a surgical facelift?
No -- and it's good to know this upfront. Exilis is a cosmetology device-based treatment: it firms, lifts the contour, smooths cellulite and improves shape. Surgical removal of excess skin is a different scope altogether. Exilis works best where the issue is loss of skin tone and quality plus localised excess tissue, not significant excess skin after major weight loss.
Can I have Exilis while breastfeeding?
No. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are contraindications for radiofrequency. Once breastfeeding ends, we revisit this at a consultation -- and it's a good moment to do so, as the skin has stabilised after childbirth.
How many sessions will I need?
We usually plan a series of 4--8 sessions every 7--14 days, followed by maintenance sessions. The exact plan depends on what we see at consultation -- skin quality, zone, expectations. There's no single number that fits everyone.
Does the treatment hurt?
No. Exilis is described as a pleasant, warm, pain-free massage -- you feel comfortable, warming heat. Tissue temperature is controlled within 40--42°C, so it's warm, but not hot or painful.
Will cellulite come back after the series?
Cellulite is living tissue -- it responds to diet, movement, hormones and hydration. Exilis smooths it and reduces its visibility, but it doesn't "remove" it permanently. Maintenance sessions and lifestyle determine how long the result lasts. The honest answer: results last longest in people who support them from within.
