Nose correction with hyaluronic acid is one of those treatments where women leave the salon and only fully realise, in front of the mirror at home, how much has changed in the whole face — not just the nose. The hump is smoothed, the tip subtly lifted, the profile harmonious. No pain, no bandages, no explaining to friends that "I had surgery".
In female anatomy, the skin of the nose is usually thinner and the bone-and-cartilage structure more delicate. This means injection precision and product choice matter especially here. The amount and type of hyaluronic acid are matched to your individual anatomy, overall facial proportions and specific aesthetic goal — there's no single template for everyone.

Women and their nose — what they most often want to change

The most common reason for a visit is a hump on the bridge of the nose — visible in profile, disrupting facial proportions. Hyaluronic acid fills the areas above and below the hump, optically levelling it without touching bone tissue. Result: the nose looks straighter and more harmonious — without surgery.
The second most common reason is a drooping or asymmetric tip. Precise injection points lift the tip, soften its heaviness and restore lightness. The third is a flat or sunken bridge, lacking definition between the forehead and nose.
Many women also come in after an injury to the nose — a fracture that disrupted the contour and left a visible irregularity. Hyaluronic acid masks these changes without the need for further surgical intervention.

Results visible immediately — natural, not "done"

What women fear most with nose correction is an overdone result — a nose that suddenly becomes a different nose, rather than a better version of their own. This non-surgical method doesn't radically change shape. It contours: smoothing the profile, improving symmetry, evening out proportions. The effect is subtle but meaningful. Others notice that something has changed, that the face looks better — they rarely know exactly what or where.
The filler integrates with the tissue, and the final result settles after about two weeks. How long results last — 12 to 18 months — depends on metabolism and the injection area.

Recovery that barely exists

You can return to normal activities almost immediately after the treatment. Any minor swelling or bruising fades within a few days. The only restrictions in the first week are avoiding high temperatures (sauna, sunbed) and sun exposure. For two weeks, it's best to skip glasses that press on the bridge of the nose — especially if the correction included that area.
If the result ever doesn't meet your expectations, or your preferences change, hyaluronidase fully reverses it. This is a unique feature of this method that no surgery can offer.

Frequently asked questions

Can I wear makeup after the treatment?
For the first 24 hours, we recommend avoiding makeup on the nose area — the skin needs time to settle after injection. From the second day, you can return to your normal skincare and makeup routine. The doctor will go over individual guidance right after the treatment.
Is the treatment safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Nose correction with hyaluronic acid is contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding. This is a standard safety recommendation for all filler treatments, based on the lack of clinical studies in this group. Come back to us once breastfeeding has ended.
I use retinol and acids — do I need to stop?
It's best to pause exfoliating products (retinoids, AHA, BHA) on the face for a week before the treatment — they reduce the skin's resistance to micro-trauma and can increase the risk of irritation. After the treatment, you can return to retinol after about two weeks.
Will the result look natural — will "no one notice"?
Non-surgical correction is designed to contour, not transform — the nose's contour becomes more harmonious in relation to the rest of the face. Most clients hear from friends that they "look great", not that they "had their nose done". The doctor will show you the planned scope of correction and discuss the final result during the consultation.
Can I combine nose correction with Botox or filler in other areas?
Yes — nose correction pairs well with contouring other facial areas. It's most often combined with correcting nasolabial folds, temple lifting with filler, or Botox in areas with expression lines. The doctor will suggest the optimal order of treatments — the nose is usually planned as the first step in a combined visit.
