We don't lift the tip "upturned" — this is a treatment that's easy to overdo in the wrong direction. Instead, we straighten the bridge line while keeping the nose's strong character. A man's nose is anatomically different from a woman's: thicker skin, a stronger bone-and-cartilage structure, greater volume. This means the technique and filler choice must differ — deeper injections and a hyaluronic acid with higher cohesivity and stronger supportive properties. Result: a clear correction to the contour that holds for 12–18 months — and looks like your own nose, just better.
Most men come to this consultation with a specific concern: a hump visible in profile, a drooping tip that gives the face a heavier look, or asymmetry noticeable in photos. Surgical rhinoplasty involves general anaesthesia, weeks off work and surgical risks. The non-surgical method addresses the same aesthetic concerns — in 30 minutes, on an outpatient basis, with a return to work the next day.

Male nose anatomy and filler selection

A man's thicker skin masks the result better than a woman's — injection precision is key, because the filler needs to reach exactly the target area. We use highly cohesive fillers applied deep beneath the skin, directly onto the periosteum or cartilage. The amount of filler and treatment parameters are chosen individually, based on nose anatomy, tissue structure and the scope of correction — there's no predetermined standard dose here.
The result in men can be more pronounced than in women with the same amount of filler — precisely because the skin creates a better anchor. This means the correction's results tend to last closer to the upper range: 15–18 months.

When to consider correction

A hump on the bridge of the nose is the most common reason for a visit — in profile, it disrupts facial proportions and tends to be emphasised in photos and videos. Filler fills the areas above and below the hump, optically straightening the line of the nose. Bone tissue remains untouched — the effect is visual, not anatomical.
A drooping nasal tip lowers and rounds with age, giving the face a heavier, older look. Precise injection at the base of the tip lifts it and restores lightness. Asymmetry visible from the front or in profile — especially after an injury — is corrected with one-sided filling on the weaker side.

One day off. Not two weeks

Recovery after the treatment takes one or two days. Mild swelling and possibly some bruising are normal and fade quickly. Concealer can be used from the second day. Contact sports and the gym — take a week off (risk of injury and filler displacement from a direct hit to the nose). Regular cardio training is possible after 48 hours.
If the result doesn't meet expectations, or you're planning surgery in the future, hyaluronidase fully removes the filler. The nose returns to its original state with no lasting changes.

Frequently asked questions

Can I shave normally after the treatment?
Shaving — with a razor or electric shaver — is possible from the next day. The nose area isn't directly exposed to pressure during shaving, so you don't need to change your routine. Just avoid firm massaging or pressing on the nose itself for the first 48 hours.
Can I do strength training after the treatment?
Light cardio can resume after 48 hours. Strength training and contact sports (boxing, MMA, martial arts, contact football) — take a break for 7 days. The main reason is the risk of an injury to the nose that could displace the freshly applied filler. After a week, you're back to your full routine.
Will anyone notice I had something done?
The result of non-surgical correction is natural — the contour of the nose becomes more harmonious, proportions improve, but the nose doesn't look "done". Mild swelling in the first 1–2 days may be visible up close, but it's easy to explain as an accidental bump or an allergy. Once the swelling subsides, the effect is subtle — you and perhaps people close to you notice the change, not casual acquaintances.
Can I combine nose correction with other treatments on the same day?
Yes — we often combine nose correction on the same day with Botox in expression-line areas (forehead, lines around the eyes) or with jaw and chin volumetry. The nose, as a precision area, is usually planned as the first step in a combined visit. The doctor will suggest the optimal order and scope.
Will I still be able to have surgery in the future after correction?
Yes — this is one of the key advantages of the method. Hyaluronic acid is fully biodegradable and can be removed with hyaluronidase. Before surgery, the surgeon should be informed of any previous HA correction — once hyaluronidase has been administered and the filler fully absorbed, rhinoplasty is possible with no complications arising from the earlier filler.
