For women's skin — naturally more vascular-reactive and prone to photoageing — this means precise action where other technologies lose effectiveness: on deeper telangiectasia, diffuse redness and loss of firmness in the dermis. Broken capillaries, redness, rosacea — the most common reason women choose ZYE YAG

Redness and spider veins result from genetics, hormonal fluctuations and years of sun exposure — not neglect. The VL handpiece closes visible blood vessels through selective photothermolysis of haemoglobin: blood absorbs the laser energy, the vessel contracts and is reabsorbed, and skin tone gradually evens out. Results are visible after the first session — the full picture builds over the following weeks as the body naturally clears the closed vessels. Parameters — pulse duration, energy density, cooling — are selected by the specialist to match the thickness and depth of each specific vessel, not a general template.

Controlled laser heat in the dermis stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen and causes an immediate contraction of existing fibres. The skin effect happens in two stages: initial firmness is felt right after the treatment, while full remodelling of the collagen matrix continues over the following 3–6 months. Frequently asked questions

Can I wear makeup normally after a VL treatment (broken capillaries)?

On the day of treatment, we recommend limiting makeup in the treated area — skin may be mildly red. From the next day, you can return to your usual routine without restrictions. Cream SPF is essential throughout the series and for several weeks afterwards.

I use retinol and acids — when do I need to stop?

We stop retinol, tretinoin and exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA) 5–7 days before the treatment and resume once the skin has fully settled, usually after 5–7 days. The specialist sets a detailed skincare schedule during consultation, taking into account the strength and formula of your products.

Is ZYE YAG safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Laser therapy is contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding. For this period, we recommend a consultation on energy-free treatments — once you're back to your full hormonal baseline, we'll be happy to design an optimal protocol for you.

How natural will the LT handpiece lifting effect look?

The LT handpiece stimulates your own collagen — it doesn't change your features, it improves skin quality and firmness. The result appears gradually, over several weeks after the series. There's no dramatic overhaul or sudden change in appearance — people will notice you "look well", not that you've "had something done".

Can I combine ZYE YAG with Botox or hyaluronic acid?

Yes, this is a popular combination. The doctor discusses the order and intervals between treatments during consultation — usually, we perform the laser treatment at least 2 weeks apart from fillers and botulinum toxin, to avoid disrupting healing or the longevity of the product.
