Facial mesotherapy — cocktails, results, how to choose

Active ingredients delivered exactly where your skin needs them most.

7 min readwritten for women

Needle mesotherapy involves injecting cocktails of active ingredients directly into the dermis. This bypasses the epidermal barrier, which normally blocks most surface-applied ingredients. The result is intense nourishment, hydration and radiance — visible from the very first session.

Why does mesotherapy work?

Cosmetic products applied to the skin only penetrate the epidermis — the skin barrier blocks almost all active ingredients. Mesotherapy bypasses this barrier: the injection reaches the dermis directly, where active ingredients can work exactly where they're needed.

Mesotherapy cocktails at J'ADORE

At J'ADORE Instytut, we work with several cocktail lines, selecting the right preparation for your skin's current needs. Here's a brief overview of each.

NCTF 135 HA (Filorga) — the ultimate revitalisation

Dives Med — Polish active cocktails

Dives Med is a Polish line of mesotherapy cocktails, valued for its high quality and broad range of effects. We select the right variant based on your skin's needs:

  • Dives Activ — intensive revitalisation, high hyaluronic acid content
  • Dives Glow — brightening and radiance (vitamin C, glutathione)
  • Dives Hydra — ultra-hydration for dry and dehydrated skin
  • Dives Stem — stem cell stimulation, rejuvenating effect

Neauvia Hydro Deluxe — skin booster

Teosyal Redensity I — bioremodelling on the edge of mesotherapy

Mesotherapy vs bioremodelling — an important distinction

  • Mesotherapy — the main goal is to nourish and hydrate the dermis by delivering active ingredients; result: radiance, hydration, freshness; suitable from a younger age
  • Bioremodelling (e.g. Profhilo) — the main goal is to reorganise the extracellular matrix and stimulate fibroblasts through HA HYBRID; result: skin density, lifting, reorganisation; usually recommended after age 30 when a visible loss of density appears

How many sessions, and how often?

Who is facial mesotherapy for?

  • Grey, tired, "lifeless" skin
  • First signs of ageing — loss of radiance and elasticity
  • Intensive regeneration before or after your holiday
  • Preparation for the spring-summer season
  • Skin recovering from peels or laser treatments (mesotherapy can speed up healing)
  • Dry or dehydrated skin in need of deep hydration

The right cocktail is always selected during a cosmetology consultation, where your specialist assesses your skin's current condition and discusses the results you can expect.
