After consultation and determining the treatment process patient is anaesthetized with EMLA ointment. The number and frequency of treatments of needle mesotherapy is determined individually with each patient. Usually, it is recommended to perform at least 4 needle mesotherapy treatments at intervals of 2-3 weeks. During the maintenance phase it is generally recommended to carry out 2-3 treatments over the year.

About two weeks before the treatment of needle mesotherapy you should avoid drugs that affect blood clotting. In the case of a tendency to bruising, a week before the treatment you can additionally apply some ointments with K vitamin.

Immediately after needle mesotherapy treatment, it is necessary to take care gently of the skin area, which was subject to it. For the first day, you should not use the sauna, solarium, or sunbathe outdoors. For two weeks after the treatment you cannot perform any other cosmetic treatments in the same area of the skin, and there is a need to take care of proper sun protection.

The skin after the treatment may be red, swollen and tender. Sometimes there are minor bruising or lumps, which disappear in a few days.

The first visible results can be seen, in principle, immediately after the treatment, but the end results can be seen only after a period of several days; depending on the products used.

Analyzing the effects of the treatments at the tissue level, we can conclude that it comes to repairment of damage tissue and skin, and acceleration of the production of new cells and fibers of the skin.
