Arosha bandages / body wrapping for men

Male tissue — thicker skin, more stubborn fat, higher concentrations

Men reach for bandages less often than for a haircut, but when they do, it's usually for drainage and recovery — heavy legs after standing jobs and long flights, working on a "spare tyre" and love handles as part of a contouring programme, clearing metabolites after training. These are Arosha bandages for men.

Czas: a ritual with rest time in bandages
Efekt: "right now" effect after 1 session; lasting improvement after a series

When it's worth it — indications

Swelling and "heavy legs" — puffiness by the end of the day, after long periods of standing, sitting or flying.
Water retention — retained water before your period, a "bloated" abdomen, swollen ankles.
Cellulite and orange-peel skin — especially on the thighs and buttocks, with a series.
A "last-minute" fix before an occasion — a wedding, a photoshoot, a holiday; visible improvement in measurements after 1 or a few sessions.
Body contouring — as part of a programme combined with diet, exercise and device-based methods.
Detox and recovery — after intense exercise, travel or a change in diet.
Post-pregnancy skin — support for firming and tone (after breastfeeding has ended, following consultation).

The areas we work on

leg swelling after long periods of standing, sitting or travelling;
detox and tissue recovery after intense sport;
contouring the abdomen, love handles and "spare tyre" over a series;
support for a reduction programme (combined with diet and activity);
after HIFU/shockwave therapy — drainage and smoothing as a finishing touch.

Male tissue — thicker skin, more stubborn fat, higher concentrations

Men's skin is 20–30% thicker than women's, and men's fat tissue is arranged horizontally and in deeper layers — especially around the abdomen and love handles. This means these areas are both the hardest to shift with diet and training, and require higher concentrations of active substances to penetrate the thicker skin barrier. In Arosha protocols for men, we use a carefully calibrated concentration of lipolytic and draining ingredients — no more than necessary, no less than effective. The effect is precise and measurable: measurements taken before and after each session remove any guesswork.

What men are looking for with Arosha — and what they actually get

Most men who come to us for Arosha share one common problem: training builds strength and endurance, but love handles and the abdomen stay exactly where they were. Fat in these areas is strongly influenced by hormones, and it's the last to respond to lipolysis triggered by physical exercise. Arosha delivers lipolytic substances — primarily caffeine and L-carnitine — directly to the problem zone, bypassing the entire metabolic route. The result:

Reduced abdomen and love-handle measurements measurable after the first session — typically 1–3 cm, building up over a series
Smoother skin and improved firmness in areas resistant to training
Lymphatic drainage — less swelling, lighter legs, better tissue condition
Support for lipolysis where diet and activity alone aren't enough

Training and your treatment series — how to plan it

Arosha and strength training aren't mutually exclusive — quite the opposite. The optimal schedule is an Arosha session on a day without intense training, or the day after a recovery-focused workout. Lymphatic drainage after the treatment supports the clearance of metabolites from muscles, so your body recovers faster. It's best to schedule intense strength training the day after a session — the lipolytic substances are still working, and physical effort amplifies their effect. During the series, increased hydration (at least 2–2.5 litres of water daily) clearly strengthens the osmotic drainage effect.

Discretion and comfort — what a session looks like for men

The salon is private, and the session lasts 60–90 minutes. The specialist measures the target areas, applies the Arosha concentrate, wraps the selected zones with bandages, then covers them with film. For 40–60 minutes, you lie down and rest — most men fall asleep. Once the bandages come off, we take final measurements and briefly discuss the results. You can go straight back to work or your usual activities. No visible marks under clothing, no recovery period.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to shave before the treatment?

No — body hair isn't a problem. The bandages and active substances work regardless of hair in the treatment area. No preparation needed on your part.

Can I train on the day of the treatment?

Light aerobic activity right after the session is neutral or even beneficial — it supports drainage. Schedule intense strength training the day after the treatment, when the lipolytic substances are still active and exercise amplifies their effect. There's no ban — just an optimal order of things.

Will it be noticeable — will anyone spot it?

Nothing will be visible. Your skin may feel slightly warm for an hour — that's it. You get dressed normally and leave. The only noticeable thing is the result on the tape measure — and that's exactly the point.

How many sessions do I need to see a real difference?

You'll see the first difference — measurable in centimetres — after the first session. A real, lasting change to your silhouette comes from a series of 4–8 sessions every 4–5 days. Combined with cryolipolysis or Aqualyx, results build up considerably faster and last longer.

Is this only for men who care about their looks, or does it have other uses?

Body shape is one goal. The other is functional — lymphatic drainage genuinely improves tissue condition, reduces swelling and supports recovery after physical effort. Men with sedentary jobs often choose Arosha specifically for the relief it brings to their legs and for improved circulation, regardless of any contouring goal. Both can be pursued at the same time.
