BODY CONTOURING & SLIMMING

Cellulite, lymph, firmness
“deep in tissue”

"Orange-peel skin" on the thighs and buttocks, heavy, swollen legs by the end of the day, a lax abdomen after pregnancy or weight loss — this is rarely a matter of fat tissue alone. Usually several factors overlap: fibrous connective septa, weaker lymphatic drainage (retention, swelling), and skin losing firmness. Endermologia LPG (Alliance) is the original French technology that tackles this mechanically — a special head with motorised rollers and adjustable suction lifts a fold of skin, "unfolds" it, and mobilises the tissue beneath from within.

Depending on the mode used, the same motion can relax, stimulate lipolysis or drain — which is why a single device addresses cellulite, lymphatic stagnation and laxity alike. This is a treatment that supports body contouring — it doesn't replace diet or exercise, but it genuinely improves the look, firmness and "lightness" of the skin where diet alone falls short. Pain-free, with no needles and no downtime. At J'adore Instytut, it's performed by an experienced cosmetologist. Below you'll find everything worth knowing before your first series.

  • Localised fat and "stubborn" areas

How it works

How it works

Endermologia LPG is mechanostimulation — stimulating the skin and subcutaneous tissue through precisely controlled motion alone. At the heart of the treatment is a head with motorised rollers and adjustable suction: the rollers gently grip and "roll" a fold of skin, while the suction lifts and unfolds it. Tissue that's normally compressed and stagnant gets mobilised from within.

It's not a single, fixed motion. Depending on the mode selected, the same massage can relax tense, fibrous areas, stimulate fat metabolism (mechanical lipolysis), or drain — that is, get the lymphatic circulation moving and help clear excess fluid. This is why a single device addresses cellulite, swelling and skin laxity alike.

Mechanically "working" the tissue also stimulates fibroblasts — the cells that produce collagen and elastin. So the result of the series isn't just smoother skin, but also better skin firmness. Body treatments are performed in a special endermology suit, which allows the head to move smoothly across the whole area.

Three layers in cross-section: the epidermis at the surface, the dermis beneath it, and deepest of all the subcutaneous adipose tissue, which is what the treatment targets. Rollers with vacuum form a fold and work the subcutaneous tissue mechanically. The specialist matches the number of sessions and the settings to the area.

  2. Dermisthe layer the stimulus passes through
  3. Subcutaneous adipose tissuethe aim of the treatment — we work here

Ideal for

Ideal for

  1. Cellulitethe main indication for endermology: "orange-peel skin" on the thighs, buttocks and abdomen, at various stages.
  2. Localised fat and "stubborn" areasthighs, abdomen, love handles, arms, which are hard to contour with diet alone.
  3. Lymphatic stagnation, heavy and swollen legsa feeling of heaviness, swelling, fluid retention; the drainage mode genuinely brings relief.
  4. Laxity and loss of firmnessskin after weight loss or with age, lacking tone.
  5. Skin after pregnancya lax abdomen and changes in firmness as the body returns to its previous state (after the postpartum period and consultation).
  6. Evening out the silhouette after contouring treatmentsas support and to "fine-tune" the result.
  7. Endermolift (face)the same technology in a version for the face: lifting, radiance and drainage of the facial contour (a separate treatment in cat.04).

Fun fact: endermology LPG was originally developed... for the rehabilitation of scar and burn tissue — only later did it turn out that the same mechanical massage beautifully smooths cellulite and firms the skin. It's one of the oldest and best-documented technologies in body contouring, not a passing trend.

Women's and men's areas

What's different

For her

Why cellulite is almost the norm for women — and not a matter of "lacking willpower"

For women, endermology is above all about thigh-and-buttock cellulite, heavy legs and skin firming — including after pregnancy and weight loss. Women's subcutaneous tissue is naturally prone to "orange-peel skin," making this the most common reason for a visit. Endermologia LPG for women combines an anti-cellulite effect nicely with drainage and improved skin firmness.

The areas we support

  1. cellulite on the thighs, buttocks and abdomen — smoother, more even skin;
  2. heavy, swollen legs and fluid retention — the drainage mode brings relief;
  3. a lax abdomen and skin after pregnancy or weight loss;
  4. Endermolift for the face — lifting and radiance for the facial contour, needle-free.
For him

Different tissue, different goal — and why the result can last longer in men

Men most often come to us for abdominal and love-handle firming, reducing "love handles," and post-training recovery — the mechanical massage loosens tight fascia and improves circulation. It's also good support for skin after major weight loss. This is classic endermologia LPG for men — no needles, no downtime, you can get straight back to your day.

The areas we support

  1. love handles and the abdomen — firming and evening out the silhouette;
  2. skin after major weight loss — improved firmness;
  3. post-training recovery — loosening fascia, better circulation;
  4. zero downtime — a session before or after work is no problem.

An honest look at results

What this treatment does, and doesn't do

Endermology can genuinely achieve a lot: smoothing cellulite, draining heavy legs, improving skin firmness, and "fine-tuning" your silhouette. But it works on the appearance and condition of the tissue, not on your weight. We say this plainly, because it's what separates an honest salon from empty promises:

  1. It's support, not a substitute for diet and exerciseEndermology improves skin quality and microcirculation, but it doesn't "burn" kilos for you. It gives the best results alongside a healthy lifestyle.
  2. The result builds across the seriesOne session refreshes and drains the tissue, but real change in cellulite and firmness is what we look for after several sessions, according to the plan set during your consultation.
  3. No one promises "minus 10 cm after one session."Any drop in centimetres mainly comes from drainage (less retained water), not some magical "melting away" of fat in a single session.
  4. The result needs maintainingAfter an intensive series, we lock in the outcome with less frequent visits and home care — otherwise the skin gradually returns to its starting point.
Red flag: a miracle "minus 10 cm in one treatment"

If you ever hear a promise of dramatic centimetre loss or "dissolving cellulite" after a single session — that's a warning sign. Honest endermology works in a series, supports contouring and drainage, but doesn't replace diet and exercise. A suspiciously cheap "miracle package" with no consultation and no questions about contraindications is another sign to be cautious.

Contraindications

When to postpone the treatment

Endermology is safe and non-invasive, but like any treatment that stimulates circulation and tissue, it has its limits. Some are permanent, others temporary — in which case we simply postpone the treatment until the situation resolves.

We don't perform it
  • PregnancyWe don't perform contouring or draining body treatments during pregnancy; after birth, we return to them once the postpartum period is over and following a consultation.
  • Thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, severe venous insufficiencystimulating circulation and drainage are contraindicated in these cases.
  • Active cancer or disease undergoing oncological treatmentrequires individual approval and caution.
  • Fever, infection, inflammationwe wait until you've recovered.
  • Skin conditions, wounds, fresh scars or inflammation in the treatment areawe avoid the zone until it has healed.
  • A tendency to bruise easily, clotting disorders or anticoagulant medicationthese need to be disclosed, so we can choose gentler settings.
  • Fresh, intense tanning or skin irritationit's better to wait until the skin has settled.

From the cosmetologist's chair

The most important question I ask at the start concerns veins and circulation — because endermology strongly stimulates the lymphatic system. If thrombosis or serious venous insufficiency is involved, we hold off or refer you to a doctor first. It's better to discuss this calmly at the consultation than "just in case."

This isn't a complete list — we'll go through your medical history, medications and previous treatments individually during your consultation before the series.

The visit

What to expect during your visit

  1. LPG endermology (Alliance) — treatment at J'adore Instytut — Consultation

    Consultation

    your cosmetologist assesses the type of cellulite, skin condition, tendency to swell, and your goal, and rules out contraindications. This is where we set a realistic series plan.

  2. LPG endermology (Alliance) — treatment at J'adore Instytut — Preparation

    Preparation

    for a body treatment, you put on an endermology suit, which lets the head move smoothly over the skin.

  3. LPG endermology (Alliance) — treatment at J'adore Instytut — Working with the head

    Working with the head

    your cosmetologist guides the roller head over the designated zones; suction intensity and motion are adjusted to your tolerance and goal (relaxing, lipolysis, drainage).

  4. LPG endermology (Alliance) — treatment at J'adore Instytut — Sensations

    Sensations

    a pleasant, "kneading" treatment; it can feel intense in more fibrous areas, but it doesn't hurt and doesn't need anaesthesia.

  5. LPG endermology (Alliance) — treatment at J'adore Instytut — After the session

    After the session

    no bandages, no piercing, no downtime. You go straight back to your day, and we recommend staying well hydrated.

What to expect

How the result builds

Most importantly: this is not a "one and done" treatment. Part of the effect (lighter legs, smoother, better-oxygenated skin) can be felt quickly, but the real work on cellulite and firmness happens across the series — as the skin remodels collagen and circulation improves.

  1. Faza 1.after session 1skin worked through and oxygenated; often a feeling of lighter legs after drainage
  2. Faza 2.after several sessionssmoother skin surface, less visible "orange-peel skin," less retention
  3. Faza 3.after the full seriesnoticeably improved firmness and a more even silhouette — assess the result after the whole series
  4. Faza 4.maintenanceless frequent visits lock in the result; without them, the effect fades over time
What I hear most often after the first treatment is: "my legs feel so light!" That's the drainage and improved circulation talking — very nice, but just the beginning. Cellulite and firmness are a long-term project: the real change shows after the series, not after one session. That's why we set realistic expectations from the start, rather than promising miracles at the first visit.

Endermology and your lifestyle

What you can do, and when

Endermology is remarkably "easy-going" — no piercing, no downtime, so you can carry on with most things as usual. A few habits simply boost the effect of the treatment, especially the drainage mode.

  1. Training and exercise

    absolutely fine

    Physical activity is an ally of endermology — it supports contouring and circulation. You can train the same day; movement only strengthens the effect of the series.

  2. Hydration

    drink water

    After the treatment, especially a drainage session, drink plenty of water — it helps your body carry away what the massage has stirred up. It's a simple way to boost the result.

  3. Sun and sunbeds

    no restrictions + SPF

    Endermology doesn't make the skin more light-sensitive. You can sunbathe sensibly; as always, use SPF protection on exposed areas.

  4. Pool and sauna

    no issue

    No wounds or punctures means none of the usual restrictions — a pool, sauna or hot bath after a session are fine. Heat also supports circulation.

  5. Alcohol and salt

    in moderation

    Alcohol and a very salty diet encourage water retention — working against drainage. It's worth cutting back on both during an anti-cellulite series for a better result.

  6. Diet and lifestyle

    supports the result

    A balanced diet with less processed food is endermology's best partner. The treatment does its part, but daily habits decide how long the result lasts.

Frequently asked questions

  1. QuestionAfter how many sessions will I see results?
    AnswerFirst sensations — lighter legs, smoother, better-oxygenated skin — tend to appear fairly quickly, even after the first few sessions. Real change in cellulite and firmness, though, is what we look for after the full series set out in your consultation. One session isn't enough to fairly judge the result.
  2. QuestionWill endermology make me slimmer and help me lose weight?
    AnswerNot in that sense. Endermology improves the look and firmness of the skin, drains it, and supports body contouring, but it doesn't "burn" fat for you and doesn't replace diet or exercise. It gives the best results alongside a healthy lifestyle.
  3. QuestionIs it true you can lose centimetres?
    AnswerYes, measurements can decrease — mainly thanks to drainage (less retained water) and improved skin firmness. Be wary of promises of "minus 10 cm in one treatment," though — an honest result builds across the series and needs maintaining.
  4. QuestionHow long does the result last?
    AnswerThe result of the series lasts if you maintain it — with less frequent visits and home care (hydration, movement, firming creams). Without maintenance, the skin gradually returns to its starting point, as lifestyle takes its toll.
