A treatment room at J'adoreBODY CONTOURING & SLIMMING
"Orange-peel skin" on the thighs and buttocks, heavy, swollen legs by the end of the day, a lax abdomen after pregnancy or weight loss — this is rarely a matter of fat tissue alone. Usually several factors overlap: fibrous connective septa, weaker lymphatic drainage (retention, swelling), and skin losing firmness. Endermologia LPG (Alliance) is the original French technology that tackles this mechanically — a special head with motorised rollers and adjustable suction lifts a fold of skin, "unfolds" it, and mobilises the tissue beneath from within.
Depending on the mode used, the same motion can relax, stimulate lipolysis or drain — which is why a single device addresses cellulite, lymphatic stagnation and laxity alike. This is a treatment that supports body contouring — it doesn't replace diet or exercise, but it genuinely improves the look, firmness and "lightness" of the skin where diet alone falls short. Pain-free, with no needles and no downtime. At J'adore Instytut, it's performed by an experienced cosmetologist. Below you'll find everything worth knowing before your first series.
series of treatments (usually a dozen or so for the body), 2–3 times a week, then maintenance
How it works
Endermologia LPG is mechanostimulation — stimulating the skin and subcutaneous tissue through precisely controlled motion alone. At the heart of the treatment is a head with motorised rollers and adjustable suction: the rollers gently grip and "roll" a fold of skin, while the suction lifts and unfolds it. Tissue that's normally compressed and stagnant gets mobilised from within.
It's not a single, fixed motion. Depending on the mode selected, the same massage can relax tense, fibrous areas, stimulate fat metabolism (mechanical lipolysis), or drain — that is, get the lymphatic circulation moving and help clear excess fluid. This is why a single device addresses cellulite, swelling and skin laxity alike.
Mechanically "working" the tissue also stimulates fibroblasts — the cells that produce collagen and elastin. So the result of the series isn't just smoother skin, but also better skin firmness. Body treatments are performed in a special endermology suit, which allows the head to move smoothly across the whole area.

Ideal for
Fun fact: endermology LPG was originally developed... for the rehabilitation of scar and burn tissue — only later did it turn out that the same mechanical massage beautifully smooths cellulite and firms the skin. It's one of the oldest and best-documented technologies in body contouring, not a passing trend.
Women's and men's areas
For women, endermology is above all about thigh-and-buttock cellulite, heavy legs and skin firming — including after pregnancy and weight loss. Women's subcutaneous tissue is naturally prone to "orange-peel skin," making this the most common reason for a visit. Endermologia LPG for women combines an anti-cellulite effect nicely with drainage and improved skin firmness.
The areas we support
Men most often come to us for abdominal and love-handle firming, reducing "love handles," and post-training recovery — the mechanical massage loosens tight fascia and improves circulation. It's also good support for skin after major weight loss. This is classic endermologia LPG for men — no needles, no downtime, you can get straight back to your day.
The areas we support
An honest look at results
Endermology can genuinely achieve a lot: smoothing cellulite, draining heavy legs, improving skin firmness, and "fine-tuning" your silhouette. But it works on the appearance and condition of the tissue, not on your weight. We say this plainly, because it's what separates an honest salon from empty promises:
If you ever hear a promise of dramatic centimetre loss or "dissolving cellulite" after a single session — that's a warning sign. Honest endermology works in a series, supports contouring and drainage, but doesn't replace diet and exercise. A suspiciously cheap "miracle package" with no consultation and no questions about contraindications is another sign to be cautious.
Contraindications
Endermology is safe and non-invasive, but like any treatment that stimulates circulation and tissue, it has its limits. Some are permanent, others temporary — in which case we simply postpone the treatment until the situation resolves.
From the cosmetologist's chair
The most important question I ask at the start concerns veins and circulation — because endermology strongly stimulates the lymphatic system. If thrombosis or serious venous insufficiency is involved, we hold off or refer you to a doctor first. It's better to discuss this calmly at the consultation than "just in case."
This isn't a complete list — we'll go through your medical history, medications and previous treatments individually during your consultation before the series.

The visit

Consultation
your cosmetologist assesses the type of cellulite, skin condition, tendency to swell, and your goal, and rules out contraindications. This is where we set a realistic series plan.

Preparation
for a body treatment, you put on an endermology suit, which lets the head move smoothly over the skin.

Working with the head
your cosmetologist guides the roller head over the designated zones; suction intensity and motion are adjusted to your tolerance and goal (relaxing, lipolysis, drainage).

Sensations
a pleasant, "kneading" treatment; it can feel intense in more fibrous areas, but it doesn't hurt and doesn't need anaesthesia.

After the session
no bandages, no piercing, no downtime. You go straight back to your day, and we recommend staying well hydrated.
What to expect
Most importantly: this is not a "one and done" treatment. Part of the effect (lighter legs, smoother, better-oxygenated skin) can be felt quickly, but the real work on cellulite and firmness happens across the series — as the skin remodels collagen and circulation improves.
What I hear most often after the first treatment is: "my legs feel so light!" That's the drainage and improved circulation talking — very nice, but just the beginning. Cellulite and firmness are a long-term project: the real change shows after the series, not after one session. That's why we set realistic expectations from the start, rather than promising miracles at the first visit.

Endermology and your lifestyle
Endermology is remarkably "easy-going" — no piercing, no downtime, so you can carry on with most things as usual. A few habits simply boost the effect of the treatment, especially the drainage mode.
Physical activity is an ally of endermology — it supports contouring and circulation. You can train the same day; movement only strengthens the effect of the series.
After the treatment, especially a drainage session, drink plenty of water — it helps your body carry away what the massage has stirred up. It's a simple way to boost the result.
Endermology doesn't make the skin more light-sensitive. You can sunbathe sensibly; as always, use SPF protection on exposed areas.
No wounds or punctures means none of the usual restrictions — a pool, sauna or hot bath after a session are fine. Heat also supports circulation.
Alcohol and a very salty diet encourage water retention — working against drainage. It's worth cutting back on both during an anti-cellulite series for a better result.
A balanced diet with less processed food is endermology's best partner. The treatment does its part, but daily habits decide how long the result lasts.
