How it works
Lipolytic formulas contain deoxycholic acid (DCA) or phospholipid + DCA complexes (Aqualyx). DCA is a natural bile acid — its concentrated injections destroy the lipid membranes of adipocytes.

Face and neck:

What does the treatment involve?
Consultation: We assess tissue thickness using a pinch test, discuss your expectations and take photos.
Treatment:
- Numbing cream (EMLA) applied 30–45 minutes beforehand
- Injection grid — 1–2 cm spacing, 27G needle
- Product volume: 1–5 ml per area, depending on size
- Massage of the area after the treatment

Important: Swelling after lipolysis is normal. It signals that the formula is working — it is not an allergic reaction.
