Bikini Body Prep 2026 — an honest guide, no bullshit
No sugar-coating, no selling you a dream — just facts and a timeline that makes sense.

It's May. Instagram is exploding with "30-day transformations". TikTok is serving up juice detoxes. You're scrolling with a mix of guilt and impatience. Before you spend money on something that won't work — read this. No sugar-coating, no selling you a dream. Just facts, timelines and straight answers to one question: what can you still achieve before summer, and what's simply not physically possible.
Let's start with an uncomfortable truth
The beauty industry profits from making you feel you need to be "fixed" before bikini season. We won't do that. Your body is fine as it is. Cellulite affects 85–98% of women after puberty — it's a physiological norm, not a flaw. Stretch marks? They mean your body has grown — because you grew up, because you were pregnant, because you're alive.
But if you want to change something — because you want to, not Instagram — do it wisely. With realistic expectations and a plan that makes sense.
Timeline May → August: what you'll manage, and what you won't
After 2 sessions, hair grows more slowly and comes back thinner and lighter. Shaving every 2–3 days turns into shaving once a week or less. It's not the final result, but the everyday comfort is huge.
If you have cryolipolysis in May, you'll see the full effect in September or October. Not before the holidays. If anyone tells you otherwise — they're lying.
A series of 10–14 sessions, 2–3 times a week. Start in May, see results in June. Realistic, honest, visible.
Cellulite — what you can actually change
Cellulite is largely determined by genetics. Connective tissue structure, distribution of oestrogen receptors, a tendency towards water retention — this is your genetic blueprint.
Crash dieting vs. a smart plan
Crash dieting before summer is one of the worst choices you can make. Why?
You lose muscle, not fat. With a drastic calorie deficit, the body often breaks down muscle protein for energy. The result: looser skin and a slower metabolism.
The yo-yo effect is highly likely. Studies show most people regain their starting weight — or more — within a few years of restrictive dieting.
Cellulite can look worse. Rapid weight loss plus muscle loss means looser skin — and more visible cellulite.
Body neutrality — the third option
You don't have to love your body (body positivity). You don't have to hate it either. You can simply live with it — as a tool that carries you through life.
Body neutrality says: "My body doesn't need to be beautiful to deserve respect and good care."
Get laser hair removal because shaving annoys you — not because you're "too hairy".
Go for endermology because you like the feeling of lightness afterwards — not because you need to "fix" your thighs.
Do nothing at all — and still look great on the beach.
Your realistic May–August plan
Laser hair removal — start now: after 2–3 sessions you'll see a clear difference, with full results after the complete series.
Cryolipolysis — too late for this summer. Start in autumn, and you'll see results by next summer.
Endermology — start now (a series of 10–14 sessions): visible contouring within a few weeks.
Diet + training — start now: a real, stable change delivers noticeable results by the end of the season.
Cellulite creams — not worth investing in; there's no clinical evidence of effectiveness.
Be your own ally
Bikini season isn't an exam. You don't have to pass. You don't have to look like you stepped off a magazine cover. But if you want to take care of yourself, do it wisely — with realistic expectations and with professionals who'll tell you the truth, even when that truth is: "start in autumn".
At J'ADORE INSTYTUT we work with devices dedicated to laser hair removal and body contouring using the endermology method. During your consultation, we'll tell you honestly what you can achieve now — and what's better planned for autumn. Book a free consultation in Warsaw (Żelazna, Mińska) or Krakow (Karmelicka).
