Prenatal massage (pregnancy) for men

Prenatal massage — a treatment for expectant mothers

This treatment is designed for pregnant women, so there is no separate men's area here — but there is an important role for the partner. A prenatal massage is one of the most beautiful gestures of care you can give an expectant mother: a voucher for a visit says "take care of yourself and rest" better than words.

Czas: shorter or longer session — matched to how you feel
Efekt: relief from the first visit; better sleep and less swelling build up over a series
Regeneracja: none — you return to your day calmly and without rushing
Seria: single visit or regular sessions — from the second trimester, at a pace matched to your pregnancy
Wykonuje: massage therapist / therapist

When it's worth it — indications

Back and lower back pain — the growing bump puts strain on the lumbar spine and the muscles around it.
Swelling and heavy legs — swollen ankles and calves, especially in the evening and in hot weather.
Neck and shoulder tension — from changed posture, poorer sleep and carrying weight "out in front".
Sleep problems — difficulty finding a comfortable position, along with shallow, restless sleep.
Fatigue and overload — your body works overtime around the clock.
Need for rest — an hour just for you, breathing space in an intense time.

The areas we work on

a voucher for prenatal massage — a gift for a baby shower, a birthday, or "just because";
a gesture of support during an intense time — an hour of calm for someone close to you;
a way to genuinely ease the load — instead of asking "how can I help", simply take care of it.

Prenatal massage — a treatment for expectant mothers

Prenatal massage is a treatment created exclusively for pregnant women — for their changing bodies, back pain, swollen legs and need for rest. There's no version for men here, because there's no basis for one: pregnancy and its discomforts (a shifted centre of gravity, a strained spine, swollen ankles) are experiences of a pregnant woman's body.

Your role: a gesture of care that truly helps

There is, however, one very specific role for a partner here — and it's worth taking. A voucher for prenatal massage is one of the most thoughtful gifts you can give an expectant mother. It says exactly what's hard to put into words: take care of yourself, you deserve an hour just for you.

A voucher works perfectly as:

It's flexible: the recipient chooses the date herself, whenever she feels ready. Before the visit, we make sure her doctor sees no contraindications — you just need to let us know at the time of purchase, or she can provide that information when booking.

a gift for a baby shower or a blessingway;
a birthday gesture during pregnancy;
a gift with no occasion at all — because you can see she needs a moment to breathe.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know the voucher will be suitable — what if the doctor says no?

The voucher has no expiry date and is flexible. If it turns out the doctor has concerns or temporary contraindications arise, we simply move the visit to a safe time. The voucher doesn't go to waste — it waits for the right moment.

Can I come along with my partner and be present during the massage?

Prenatal massage takes place in the treatment room with the therapist and the expectant mother — it's her space and her time alone. Partners usually wait outside the room; if your partner would like you present at the start (for settling in, for the initial conversation), let us know when booking and we'll talk it through.

When's the best time to give this gift — early or late in pregnancy?

We perform prenatal massage from the second trimester onwards. Most expectant mothers use it in the second half of pregnancy, when the strain on the back and legs is greatest — so a voucher given mid-pregnancy or at a baby shower gives the most time to use it.
