Arosha wraps are an Italian method that combines active cosmetic ingredients with mechanical compression. The treatment is classed as a professional method for cellulite, swelling and body contouring. It is non-invasive and does not require devices. Used as part of a comprehensive programme, it may support the results of other treatments.

How do Arosha wraps work?

  • Mechanical compression — stimulates venous and lymphatic return
  • Heat beneath the wrap — increases skin permeability and supports ingredient absorption
  • Active ingredients — caffeine, retinol, ivy, L-carnitine and algae help reduce cellulite and firm the skin
  • Occlusive effect — intensive penetration of substances into the subcutaneous tissue

Arosha wrap options

J'ADORE offers several Arosha wrap lines, tailored to different goals:

  • Body Wrap — cellulite and overall contouring (caffeine, algae, ivy)
  • Slim — support for reducing localised fat (L-carnitine, caffeine)
  • Dren — swelling and heavy-leg sensation (horse chestnut escin, ruscus)
  • Firm — skin prone to laxity (retinol, collagen)
  • Legs — tired legs (menthol, arnica)

Who are Arosha wraps ideal for?

  • Grade II and III cellulite — “orange-peel skin”
  • Leg swelling and swollen ankles
  • A feeling of heavy, tired legs
  • Skin laxity on the thighs and abdomen
  • Body contouring to complement diet and physical activity
  • Supporting results after lymphatic drainage

What does a session involve?

  • Skin preparation — a body peel or dry brushing for better ingredient absorption
  • Serum application — applying an active preparation to the skin
  • Wrapping — wraps are applied upwards from the ankles (thighs, buttocks, abdomen)
  • Rest — lying down in the wraps; optionally in a thermal suit
  • Unwrapping and massage — light manual drainage completes the treatment

How many sessions are needed and when will you see results?

A minimum series of 4–6 sessions is recommended, performed every one or two weeks. Ideally, complete a programme of 8–10 sessions, followed by regular maintenance sessions.

  • Reduced swelling — often noticeable after just 1–2 sessions
  • A visible change in skin texture — usually after 3–4 sessions
  • Cellulite contouring — a gradual result that requires regular sessions

Arosha wraps as part of a comprehensive programme

Wraps work best as part of a comprehensive body contouring programme. They are often combined with other methods used at J'ADORE:

  • LPG Endermologia — cellulite and tissue lifting
  • Emtone BTL — cellulite with an additional RF firming effect
  • BTL Lymphastim drainage — intensive support for lymphatic drainage
  • Carboxytherapy — stubborn localised fat

What can you expect after completing the series?

  • For many people — a noticeable reduction in grade I–II cellulite
  • Less leg swelling and a feeling of lightness
  • Skin is often more elastic and smoother to the touch
  • A subtle reduction in circumferences after completing the full programme
