A treatment room at J'adoreBODY CONTOURING & SLIMMING
Lax abdominal skin after pregnancy or weight loss, "orange-peel" skin on the thighs, body skin that has lost its bounce and looks dehydrated — these are problems that a cream alone struggles to shift, because they involve dermal firmness and deep hydration at the same time. Thuzzle GMV combines two technologies that complement each other well: radiofrequency (RF), which uses controlled heat to warm the tissue and stimulate new collagen production — firming and tightening the skin — and electroporesis, a needle-free way of delivering active cocktails deep into the skin using gentle electrical pulses that briefly open channels in cell membranes.
This means a single session can firm, oxygenate and deeply hydrate the skin — with no puncturing, no needles and no downtime. It's a pain-free alternative to mesotherapy: the ingredients reach deep into the skin, but you don't feel a thing. This is a device-based beauty treatment: it supports skin firmness, smoothness and condition, and works as a complementary measure on cellulite — but it doesn't replace diet, exercise, or "burn fat". At J'adore Instytut, the treatment is performed by an experienced cosmetologist. Below you'll find everything worth knowing before your first visit.
series of 6–10 sessions, usually 1–2× a week, plus maintenance sessions
How it works
Thuzzle GMV combines two technologies working towards the same goal — skin condition — but from two different directions. One works "from within" by warming the tissue and stimulating collagen, the other "delivers" ingredients deep into the skin without breaking its surface.
In short: radiofrequency firms and tightens, electroporesis nourishes and hydrates deep within. The result is smoother, firmer and better-hydrated body skin — and, for the face variant, neocollagenesis with a gentle lift. This is a treatment with no breaking of the skin, no needles and no downtime — most people go straight back to their normal day.

Ideal for
Thuzzle works primarily on the body, though the face variant also supports neocollagenesis. It's most often chosen by people who want:
What this treatment won't do: it won't remove excess weight, won't "burn fat", won't replace diet or exercise, and won't get rid of cellulite "in one go". It's a tool for firming, hydrating and nourishing the skin, which works as a complementary measure for cellulite and performs best alongside a supportive lifestyle.
Women's needs vs men's needs
For women, Thuzzle for women is mainly about working on the body: firming abdominal skin after pregnancy or weight loss, smoothing cellulite on the thighs and buttocks, and deeply hydrating dehydrated skin. Two goals are very often combined in a single treatment — radiofrequency tightens, while electroporesis delivers a cocktail matched to the concern (hydrating, firming or anti-cellulite). The result: smoother, firmer skin, "nourished from within" — with no needles and no downtime.
The areas we support
Men most often choose Thuzzle for men for the body — firming and regenerating skin after significant weight loss, improving tone around the abdomen and love handles, and recovering after intense sport. Needle-free, deep hydration for skin that's become rough and dehydrated is also increasingly popular. Men's skin is thicker, so parameters are chosen individually, but the logic stays the same: firm with radiofrequency, nourish needle-free with electroporesis.
The areas we support
Fun fact: electroporesis uses the same physical principle applied in laboratories to introduce substances into cells — a short electrical pulse briefly "loosens" the cell membrane for a fraction of a second before it closes back up on its own. In cosmetology, this means serum reaches deep into the skin without a single needle.
Contraindications
Thuzzle uses both radiofrequency and an electroporesis current, so some contraindications relate directly to heat and to the electrical pulse. Some are permanent, some temporary — in the latter case, we simply postpone the treatment.
This isn't a complete list — we'll go through your medical history, medication, implants and previous treatments individually during consultation before your first session.
The visit

Consultation
the cosmetologist assesses the area, skin quality and your expectations, chooses the cocktail for electroporesis, rules out contraindications (pacemaker, metal implants in the area, pregnancy, epilepsy, recent tan) and sets a realistic series plan.

Skin preparation
cleansing and applying the appropriate serum or active cocktail to be delivered deep into the skin.

Working with the RF applicator
the cosmetologist moves the applicator across the area, and you feel pleasant, warming heat. The temperature is controlled and comfortable — this shouldn't hurt.

Electroporesis (needle-free infusion)
gentle electrical pulses deliver the cocktail deep into the skin. It feels like a light tingling, with no puncturing and no marks.

Leaving with no downtime
no bandages, no needles, no visible marks; you return straight to your day.
An honest look at results
The most common misunderstanding: expecting a dramatic change after a single session. That's simply not how it works — and it's a good thing it doesn't, because a sudden transformation usually means someone is over-promising.
After the first visit, I often hear "my skin feels nicely tight, but the cellulite's the same". That's normal — the immediate effect is hydration and collagen contraction, while a real change in firmness and smoothness is the work of the whole series. That's why we don't judge the treatment after one session, but after the full 6–10 session cycle.
If someone promises that skin will "tighten like a facelift" or that cellulite will "disappear" after just one visit, or sells a large package "at a bargain price" with no consultation and no questions about contraindications — that's a warning sign. Radiofrequency builds its effect over weeks and through a series (usually 6–10 sessions), and electroporesis nourishes gradually. A responsible salon starts with a consultation, checks contraindications (pacemakers, metal implants, pregnancy, epilepsy) and states clearly that, without diet and exercise, the treatment alone won't slim you down or remove cellulite. You have every right to ask how many sessions are actually planned and what to expect.

A single session usually takes a few dozen minutes, depending on the area — your cosmetologist will confirm the exact procedure and number of sessions in the series during consultation.
Thuzzle and your lifestyle
The treatment doesn't require downtime, but to get the best results, it's worth supporting your skin on and around treatment day — especially with hydration from within, which helps sustain the effects of the RF and the cocktails delivered.
This matters most: drink plenty of water on treatment day and the days after. Radiofrequency and skin hydration work best when the body itself is well hydrated.
Light activity (walking, cycling) supports circulation and the contouring effect. Thuzzle and exercise are on the same team — there's no need to skip training.
Your skin is already warmed by radiofrequency — it's best to hold off on extra intense heat that same day. No restrictions from the next day.
RF isn't performed on freshly tanned or sunburnt skin. After a facial treatment, use SPF 50+ — it supports the new collagen.
Chlorinated water on freshly warmed, nourished skin can irritate it. It's best to plan a swim for the next day.
Alcohol dehydrates and works against skin hydration. It's best to avoid it on treatment day, so it doesn't undermine the effect.
