Bloomea (TRIO M.M.L) — treatment at J'adore InstytutA treatment room at J'adore

BODY CONTOURING & SLIMMING

Exfoliation and brightening
with no needles

Enlarged pores, grey and tired-looking skin, small acne scars, first fine lines, uneven skin tone — this isn't one problem. It's several layers of the same story: skin that has lost density, smoothness and radiance. Bloomea (TRIO M.M.L) approaches this in three steps.

It combines macro-exfoliation (controlled mechanical exfoliation), microcurrents (gentle stimulation) and IR 633 nm light therapy (light that "warms up" regeneration). This is a cosmetology device-based treatment: it doesn't pierce the skin with needles, yet it works deeper than a classic peel. At J'adore Instytut, it's performed by an experienced cosmetologist. Below you'll find everything worth knowing before you take a seat.

  • Enlarged pores
  • Grey, tired-looking skin
  • Small acne scars
  • First fine lines
  • Uneven tone and hyperpigmentation
  • A need for a "glow" before an event

How it works

How it works

The name TRIO M.M.L stands for the three mechanisms Bloomea activates in a single visit. This isn't "another peel" — it's coordinated work on three levels of the skin at once.

Bloomea is a platform by SEA (France). The entire treatment takes place on the surface and just beneath it — with no needles and no disruption to skin integrity. That means there's no wound to heal, and you return to your daily routine almost immediately.

Three levels of skin in cross-section: the stratum corneum right at the top, the sebaceous gland openings within the epidermis beneath it, and deepest of all the dermis. All of the work happens in the epidermis and just below its surface, without breaking the continuity of the skin. The treatment works at the surface — it does not go below the epidermis.
  1. Stratum corneumdead skin lifted during the treatment
  2. Sebaceous gland openingwhere the congestion is cleared from
  3. Dermisdeeper than this cleansing reaches

Good to know: the real strength of Bloomea lies in how the three stages reinforce each other. Macro-exfoliation removes the dead-cell barrier first — and only then, through skin prepared this way, do the microcurrents and active ingredients penetrate far more effectively. The same skincare applied to unexfoliated skin would work only half as well.

  1. M — Macro-exfoliationControlled, mechanical exfoliation of dead skin cells. Skin becomes smoother immediately, and pores and minor unevenness appear optically reduced. It's a way of removing the "grey layer" and revealing fresher skin underneath.
  2. M — MicrocurrentsGentle impulses that stimulate the skin and improve absorption of the active ingredients applied during the treatment. The sensation is subtle — this isn't uncomfortable stimulation.
  3. L — IR 633 nm light therapyNear-infrared light that "warms up" regenerative processes and calms the skin after exfoliation. This soothing stage strengthens the overall result.

Ideal for

Ideal for

Bloomea suits skin that has "gone flat" — lost its smoothness, radiance and even tone, but doesn't yet need medical intervention. It's most often chosen by people with:

  1. Enlarged poresespecially in the T-zone (nose, forehead), where skin can look "thicker".
  2. Grey, tired-looking skindull and earthy, after stress, poor sleep or city living.
  3. Small acne scarsshallow uneven areas and "pits" left by healed breakouts.
  4. First fine linesand loss of density — when skin starts to look less firm.
  5. Uneven tone and hyperpigmentationdull, patchy-looking skin.
  6. A need for a "glow" before an eventa wedding, a photoshoot, a meeting; a quick boost of freshness with no risk of peeling.
  7. To be honest: Bloomea smooths and brightens the appearance of skin and improves its condition — but it doesn't "close pores permanently" or remove deep scars in a single session. Real change comes from a series of treatments combined with good home care. For deep scars or more advanced concerns, the cosmetologist may suggest stronger methods.

Women's and men's needs

What's different

For her

Skin that can finally breathe

For women, Bloomea is most often a "glow and smoothness" treatment: brightening dull skin, reducing the look of enlarged pores, improving tone and minor unevenness. It's often built into a pre-event ritual or into an ongoing "glow" routine.

The areas we support

  1. face, and in the extended version, neck and décolletage — the "on-camera" zone;
  2. pores and dullness in the T-zone and cheeks;
  3. small acne scars and uneven tone;
  4. a "rested, radiant skin" effect before an important day.
For him

A face that shows years spent outdoors

Bloomea for men targets typically male skin concerns: dense, "thick" skin with clearly enlarged pores, dullness after stress, sport and city life, and acne scars. Men's skin is thicker and oilier — macro-exfoliation works particularly well here.

The areas we support

  1. enlarged pores on the nose, forehead and cheeks — the most common reason men book;
  2. grey, tired-looking skin — recovery after intense training and lack of sleep;
  3. scars and unevenness left over from teenage acne;
  4. refreshing skin irritated by frequent shaving — no needles, no downtime.

Contraindications

When to postpone the treatment

Some contraindications are permanent, others temporary — in that case, we simply postpone the treatment until the situation passes. We'll go through the full list, together with your skin history and any medication, at your consultation.

We don't perform it
  • Active inflammation, irritation or damaged skinin the treatment area — we wait until it heals.
  • Active pustular acne / inflammatory lesionsin the treatment area — these need calming down first.
  • Fresh, intense tan(sun, sunbed, self-tanner) — combining this with exfoliation risks hyperpigmentation, so we wait it out.
  • Fever and general infectionwe postpone until you've recovered.
  • Active skin conditions(e.g. severe seborrhoea, psoriasis, eczema in the treatment area) — assessment first.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeedinglet us know in advance; the cosmetologist will decide on suitability and safety.
  • Sensitivity to electrical current / certain implantsfor the microcurrent stage, the cosmetologist adjusts the approach individually.
  • Active skin cancer / undiagnosed lesionsin the treatment area — these require a medical consultation first.

This isn't a complete list — we'll discuss your conditions, medication and previous treatments individually. If you have any doubts at all, mention them before the treatment — it's easier to postpone something than to fix it afterwards.

What to expect

No surprises

Most importantly: you'll see part of the result straight away, and the rest builds over the series. Right after the treatment, skin is smoother and more radiant — that's the effect of macro-exfoliation. But real skin remodelling — pores, tone, density — is work skin does over the following days and treatments.

  1. Faza 1.immediatelysmoother, more radiant skin after macro-exfoliation; slight pinkness fades within hours
  2. Faza 2.2–5 daysskin "settles" — more even tone, less dullness
  3. Faza 3.after a series of several sessionsoptically smaller pores, smoother-looking scars, more visible radiance and density
  4. Faza 4.maintenanceyou maintain results with individual visits and good home care
The most common misunderstanding: "I went once and my pores came back." Bloomea isn't a "one-off reset" — pores and scars are a structural feature of skin, changed gradually, session by session. One treatment = freshness and radiance. A series = real remodelling. That's why we plan the series together from the start, rather than expecting a miracle from a single visit.
From the cosmetologist's chair

What's normal right after the treatment

  • mild skin pinkness — usually fades within minutes to a few hours;
  • a feeling of smoothness and tightness — skin that feels "squeaky" clean;
  • occasionally a brief sensitivity to cold or wind — apply cream and SPF before heading outside.
Red flag: "pores closed forever in 1 session"

If you ever hear that a single treatment will "close pores for good", erase scars, or deliver a dramatic result without a series or home care — that's a warning sign. Skin simply doesn't work that way. A suspiciously cheap "miracle package" offered without a prior consultation or a check for contraindications is another red flag. An honest salon will say it plainly: we improve the appearance of pores and overall skin condition, realistically and gradually.

Bloomea and your lifestyle

What you can and can't do, and when

Bloomea is one of the treatments with minimal "downtime" — it doesn't pierce the skin, so there's no wound to watch. Even so, for the first 24 hours, skin is freshly exfoliated and more sensitive, especially to sun. A few simple rules protect the result.

  1. Sun and sunbeds

    avoid for a few days + SPF daily

    After macro-exfoliation, skin is more prone to hyperpigmentation. Skip strong sun and sunbeds for a few days, and apply SPF 50+ daily — this isn't optional, it's a condition for keeping the result.

  2. Sauna and hot baths

    24–48 hours' break

    High temperatures intensify redness on freshly exfoliated skin. Save the sauna, hammam and very hot baths for 1–2 days after the treatment.

  3. Training and sweat

    skip intense exercise the same day

    Heavy sweating on freshly exfoliated skin can cause irritation. Light movement is fine; it's best to postpone intense training by several hours to a day.

  4. Swimming pool

    24–48 hours' break

    Chlorinated water can sting and dry out freshly treated skin. Plan your pool visit for 1–2 days later.

  5. Makeup and daily life

    usually same day / next day

    You return to work and daily life immediately. Light makeup can usually be applied the same day or the next — the cosmetologist will confirm this after the treatment, depending on how your skin reacts.

  6. Skincare and hydration

    gentle care + plenty of water

    For a few days, choose gentle, hydrating products (avoiding strong acids and retinol), drink plenty of water, and don't "overload" the skin with aggressive at-home peels.

Frequently asked questions

  1. QuestionWill I see results after just one treatment?
    AnswerYes, partly — right after Bloomea, skin is smoother and more radiant thanks to macro-exfoliation. But real remodelling — pores, tone, small scars — builds up over a series of several sessions. One treatment means freshness and radiance; a series means lasting improvement in skin condition.
  2. QuestionWill Bloomea "close" my enlarged pores permanently?
    AnswerWe improve the appearance of pores — skin looks smoother after exfoliation and stimulation, and pores appear reduced. No treatment "closes pores forever"; the result is maintained with individual visits and good home care. Anyone who promises otherwise isn't being accurate.
  3. QuestionWill Bloomea remove my acne scars?
    AnswerSmall, shallow unevenness genuinely smooths out over a series. Deep scars are a different matter — in that case, the cosmetologist will suggest stronger methods or a specialist consultation. Bloomea improves, but doesn't "erase" deep scars.
  4. QuestionHow many sessions do I need, and how often?
    AnswerMost often, a series of several sessions a week or two apart, followed by maintenance visits. The cosmetologist tailors the exact plan to your skin condition and goal — there's no single number that suits everyone.
