SCALP & HAIR

Silky, shining hair
“formaldehyde-free”

Some hair types struggle with humidity and frizz every day. Thick, curly, or stubborn hair often 'grows' with every weather change.

For these types, hair straighteners are a daily ritual. Nanoplastia is next-generation straightening. Instead of acting only on the surface, nano-scale active ingredients penetrate deep into the hair shaft. These amino acids and proteins are similar to the hair's natural structure. They smooth the hair from within. Its main advantage is being formaldehyde-free. There is no harsh smell or stinging eyes. It deeply regenerates the hair. Your hair becomes silky, shiny and much easier to style. This method is gentler than classic keratin. Keratin straightens more intensely and lasts longer. Nanoplastia focuses on safety, regeneration and a natural, silky finish. At J'adore Instytut, an experienced hair stylist performs the treatment. Below is everything you need to know before your visit. We also explain how to maintain the results for as long as possible.

  • Damaged and weakened hair
  • Curly and frizzy hair
  • Thick and dense hair
  • People looking for a safe method
  • People short on time in the morning
  • People sensitive to smells

How it works

How it works

Every hair has a cuticle on its surface. These are tiny 'tiles'. On damaged, frizzy hair, they stick out and scatter light. This causes dullness and static. The name 'Nanoplastia' comes from the fact that active ingredients are selected on a very fine 'nano' scale. This allows them to penetrate deeper into the hair shaft rather than just coating the outside.

Inside, amino acids and proteins related to keratin do the work. These are building blocks close to the hair's own structure. The stylist applies the product to washed strands. She then sets it with the heat of a dryer and straightener. Heat 'locks' the ingredients into the hair and provides smoothness. Result: smooth, deeply regenerated hair with less frizz. You will enjoy shorter drying times and a clear, silky radiance. The formaldehyde-free formula is gentler on the hair than classic keratin. This is styling and care, not a medical treatment.

Three layers of the hair shaft in cross-section: the cuticle on the outside, the cortex beneath it, and the medulla right in the centre. Fine particles of the formula penetrate the cortex of the hair, and the heat closes the scales of the cuticle. The scalp is not the working area here — we work on the shaft.
  1. Cuticlethe outer sheath that has to be closed
  2. Cortexthe inside of the shaft the active reaches
  3. Medullathe deepest part of the hair shaft

We select the Nanoplastia we work with in a formaldehyde-free variant. There is no irritating smell or stinging eyes often associated with older 'Brazilian' straightening.

Ideal for

Ideal for

  1. Damaged and weakened hairafter colouring, bleaching or frequent straightening, requiring deep regeneration.
  2. Curly and frizzy hairwhen you want to smooth and tame it while maintaining a healthy, silky result.
  3. Thick and dense hairwhich requires the most time with a dryer and straightener.
  4. People looking for a safe methodformaldehyde-free, without harsh smells or stinging eyes.
  5. People short on time in the morningNanoplastia can shorten styling time and limit the use of straighteners.
  6. People sensitive to smellsbecause we work with formaldehyde-free formulas.

Women's zone and men's zone

What is the difference

For her

Hair that has a life of its own — and is about to stop

Most often, it is Nanoplastia for women. It is ideal for long, thick, curly or colour-damaged hair. It is for those who want smoothing and deep regeneration without harsh chemicals. The goal: silky, shiny, clearly smoother strands that sit perfectly. Enjoy mornings without a straightener.

The areas we support

  1. smoothing of curls and frizz with simultaneous hair regeneration;
  2. formaldehyde-free formula — no harsh smell or stinging eyes;
  3. significant reduction in drying time and less static;
  4. silky radiance — light reflects beautifully off the smooth cuticle.
For him

Thick, curly, wavy — and previously powerless against the weather

Nanoplastia for men works well for very thick, curly, 'unmanageable' hair. It is ideal when volume and frizz make styling difficult. It is a safe, formaldehyde-free method. The goal: disciplined, easier to style, regenerated hair without the look of a flat-ironed fringe.

The areas we support

  1. taming a truly thick, very wavy head of hair;
  2. formaldehyde-free formula — no harsh smell, gentler on the scalp;
  3. less frizz and shorter morning styling;
  4. natural result — smoother and lighter, but not 'flat'.

Fact: The 'nano' in the name is not just marketing. Active ingredient molecules are small enough to penetrate the hair shaft. They do not just coat the surface. This is why Nanoplastia regenerates hair so well from within. It gives a silky result with a formaldehyde-free formula that is gentler than classic keratin.

What to look out for

For a beautiful and safe result

Nanoplastia is a pleasant cosmetic treatment. However, with such intense smoothing, quality depends on the product and the stylist's skill. It is worth asking about three things:

  1. Whether the formula is formaldehyde-freeThis is the foundation of modern Nanoplastia. At J'adore, we work with such compositions. There is no harsh smell or stinging eyes. If a salon cannot answer this question, it is a warning sign.
  2. Whether the stylist adjusts the strength to the hairNanoplastia is powerful. For thin, weakened hair, it is selected differently than for thick and very curly hair. It is not a 'one treatment for all' service.
  3. How to care for the result at homeA good salon will immediately tell you about the ~48-hour regime. They will mention sulphate-free shampoo and avoiding salt and chlorine. Without this, the effect fades faster.
Red flag: suspiciously cheap treatment and irritating smell

A very low price, a sharp, irritating smell and stinging eyes during the process are bad signs. A lack of a clear answer on whether the formula is formaldehyde-free is another. These suggest something is wrong. Some older straightening treatments contain formaldehyde despite a trendy name. You have the right to ask which product is being used and if it is formaldehyde-free. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have an irritated scalp, please inform the stylist. We will choose a safe variant or reschedule.

SCALP & HAIR

What to expect during your visit

  1. Consultation and method selectionthe stylist examines the hair. She asks about your goals and expected strength. She decides if Nanoplastia is better for you than gentler keratin.
  2. Cleansing washa special shampoo opens the cuticle. This allows active ingredients to penetrate deep into the strands.
  3. Product applicationnano-ingredients are distributed strand by strand. They are applied evenly along the entire length.
  4. Heat settingdrying and using a straightener 'locks' the ingredients into the hair. This stage determines smoothness and durability.
  5. Final stylingyou leave with a finished, shiny and straight hairstyle. The first wash will show the full daily effect.

This is a longer visit in the chair. The time depends on the length, density and resistance of your hair. It is worth booking a quiet afternoon. Do not plan to wash your hair immediately after leaving.

What to expect

What to expect

Most importantly: the result is visible immediately after leaving the salon. Hair is smooth, silky and clearly straighter. However, it shows its full potential after the first wash. You will see how quickly and easily it styles and how long it stays smooth.

  1. Faza 1.immediately aftersilky, shiny, smoothed hair — finished styling
  2. Faza 2.first ~48 hcare regime: no washing, tying up, sweating, salt or chlorine (see below)
  3. Faza 3.after 1st washreal daily effect is visible — short drying time, minimum frizz
  4. Faza 4.several monthsthe effect fades gradually as the hair grows — approximately 2–3 months

What is normal after the treatment

  • for the first few days, hair may be very straight and flat — this is temporary; it returns to its natural lightness after the first wash;
  • a delicate smell of the product, which disappears after the first wash;
  • the feeling that hair is clearly smoother and 'heavier' than usual — this is the goal.

The result fades gradually as the hair grows. There is no sharp regrowth line like with colouring. The hairstyle 'fades out' nicely rather than suddenly returning to frizz. Nanoplastia usually fades slightly faster than keratin. Keratin lasts longer. However, Nanoplastia is formaldehyde-free and gentler on the hair.

Aftercare

The first 48 hours are decisive

This is the most important part of the entire treatment. Active ingredients need time to set in the hair. Therefore, for the first ~48 hours, hair should remain straight, dry and loose. Breaking these rules is the most common reason the effect fades too quickly.

  1. Washing hair

    do not wash for ~48 h

    This is rule number one. Water 'washes out' the fresh effect before the ingredients set. Wait for the first two days. It is an investment in long-lasting smoothness.

  2. Tying up and hairbands

    hair loose, no bends

    No ponytails, clips, headbands or tucking hair behind the ear. Every bend can leave a permanent 'kink' in freshly straightened hair.

  3. Salt and chlorine

    pool and sea later

    Chlorine from the pool and salt water are aggressive to fresh Nanoplastia. They shorten its lifespan. Plan your treatment away from trips to the water.

  4. Sweat and effort

    skip for ~48 h

    Intense training, hot yoga or a walk in the heat equals sweat on the scalp. This acts like washing. It is better to wait those first few days.

  5. Sulphate-free shampoo

    from the first wash

    After 48 h, wash your hair with a gentle sulphate-free (SLS-free) shampoo. Standard, heavy-cleansing formulas 'eat' the effect faster.

  6. Sleep and pillowcase

    ideally silk

    Sleep with your hair loose. A silk or satin pillowcase reduces friction. It helps maintain silky smoothness for longer.

When it is better to postpone the treatment

Nanoplastia is a treatment for a healthy scalp. In some situations, it is better to wait:

  1. Irritated scalpscratches, abrasions, fresh wounds, severe peeling.
  2. Allergy or previous reactionto the product ingredients.
  3. Pregnancy and breastfeedingfor formulas with formaldehyde. We work with a formaldehyde-free variant, but please inform the stylist. We will choose a safe solution or reschedule.
  4. Very fresh, intense colouring or bleachingsometimes it is better to give the hair a few days of rest before the treatment.

This is a short list of common situations. We will calmly discuss your hair type, curl resistance, previous treatments and any sensitivities in the chair.

Nanoplastia

Frequently asked questions

  1. QuestionHow does Nanoplastia differ from keratin?
    AnswerNanoplastia is formaldehyde-free, gentler on the hair and regenerates it more deeply. It provides moderate smoothing and a silky, natural result. Keratin straightens more intensely and lasts longer, but its formula can be more chemical (classic versions may contain formaldehyde). We will advise you on what will give you the best result during the consultation.
  2. QuestionHow long does the Nanoplastia result last?
    AnswerApproximately 2–3 months — usually slightly shorter than keratin, which lasts longer. Everything depends on hair type, washing frequency and home care. Sulphate-free shampoo and avoiding salt and chlorine can significantly extend the result.
  3. QuestionWill Nanoplastia make my curls 'pin-straight'?
    AnswerIt will smooth them very intensely and they will be clearly straighter. However, the goal is not a stiff, 'chemical' straightening. The hair remains soft and silky, just disciplined. We match the strength of the effect to your expectations.
  4. QuestionWill the effect fade 'badly' with a regrowth line?
    AnswerNo. Nanoplastia fades gradually as the hair grows. The hairstyle 'fades out' nicely without a sharp boundary like with colouring.
