A treatment room at J'adoreAESTHETIC MEDICINE
Tired, grey, "lifeless" skin that's thin and losing firmness isn't always about volume or wrinkles. Often it's a sign that skin quality itself has declined: less collagen, weaker hydration, slower regeneration.
Nucleofill doesn't "fill" and doesn't erase features — it's a biostimulator based on polynucleotides (PDRN) that triggers renewal at cellular level. It stimulates the skin to produce collagen, hydrates it intensively from within and provides antioxidant support. The effect builds gradually and looks natural — skin simply becomes denser, firmer and more radiant. At J'adore Instytut, this treatment is performed by a doctor or experienced cosmetologist. Below you'll find everything worth knowing before your first visit.
series of 3–4 sessions every 2–3 weeks + maintenance
How it works
Nucleofill is a biostimulator based on polynucleotides (marked as PDRN or PN) — long chains of genetic material fragments, sourced from fish (including salmon or trout roe) and purified into a safe, fully biocompatible form. Once injected into the skin, Nucleofill doesn't "fill" it and isn't a simple "moisturiser" — it triggers regeneration at cellular level.
It works in several ways at once: it stimulates fibroblasts (the cells that produce collagen and elastin), binds water and hydrates intensively from within, has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects (protecting skin from oxidative stress) and improves microcirculation. The result is skin that's denser, firmer, better hydrated and more radiant — naturally, without changing your features.
Nucleofill is one brand within the polynucleotide family — a category of regenerative treatments that also includes other lines (Plinest, Plenhyage, Newest). Nucleofill itself focuses on pure, highly purified polynucleotides at high concentration, without added hyaluronic acid, and comes in several variants matched to different areas and needs. We cover the broader category and brand comparison on a separate page about polynucleotides.

Ideal for
Areas: face, eye area, neck, décolletage, hands. The specialist selects the variant and series plan after assessing your skin.
Women's and men's skin
Most often it's work on radiance, firmness and skin regeneration — restoring freshness, supporting thin, tired, dehydrated skin, and the delicate eye area. This is classic Nucleofill for women — often part of a "skin quality" plan alongside fillers or Botox.
The areas we support
Above all, repairing skin under strain from sun, oxidative stress, daily shaving and usually a lack of routine SPF protection. The goal is discreet: denser, healthier, better-hydrated, less tired-looking skin, with no visible "change" — this is Nucleofill for men.
The areas we support
Interesting fact: polynucleotides started out not in aesthetics but in regenerative medicine — supporting wound healing and tissue repair. The same cell-"repairing" ability that speeds up healing is what rebuilds skin quality in the salon.
Safety
With Nucleofill, results and safety depend on several factors worth asking about at any salon:
This is an injectable treatment — at J'adore it's given by a doctor or experienced cosmetologist, depending on the variant and protocol. What matters is technique, hygiene and proper assessment based on your medical history.
Polynucleotides are a technologically advanced category, and their effectiveness and safety depend on the purity and origin of the material. We work exclusively with Nucleofill products from authorised distributors.
The key question is fish or seafood allergy — because PDRN is derived from fish material. A good specialist will ask this before every treatment.
Red flag: suspiciously cheap Nucleofill · A bargain price can be a warning sign — with an advanced injectable product, origin and storage matter as much as technique. You have every right to ask about the product name, variant, and who performs the treatment. A good salon will answer without hesitation.
Contraindications
Some contraindications are permanent, others temporary — in the latter case, we simply postpone the treatment until the situation resolves.
From the specialist's chair
The two most commonly forgotten issues: fish allergy and cold sores. With Nucleofill, a fish or seafood allergy is a genuine contraindication, since PDRN comes from fish material — we always ask about it. And an active herpes virus is a risk regardless of where it appears; it's better to postpone by a few days.
This isn't a complete list — we'll go through your medication, medical history and previous treatments individually during consultation (and refer you to a doctor if there's any medical doubt).

The visit

Consultation
the specialist assesses your skin condition, selects the Nucleofill variant (Medium, Strong, Eyes or Soft) and area, and takes your medical history (including asking about fish and seafood allergies).

Preparation
thorough cleansing and numbing cream for comfort. The treatment is well tolerated.

Micro-injections
the product is administered point by point, evenly covering the area; the technique is matched to the area. The whole process takes several dozen minutes.

Guidance and departure
mainly SPF and gentle skincare; no bandages needed. Small bumps may be visible right after the injections — this is normal and temporary.

Series plan
we schedule your next visit; full results build up over a series, not a single session.
What to expect
Most important: this is a cumulative treatment. Hydration and a "fresher" look can be noticeable almost immediately, but the true regenerative effect builds gradually — and each session in the series reinforces the last.
Some patients ask "is that it?" after just one session. That's completely normal — Nucleofill isn't a filler with an "instant" effect. Full results are assessed after the series, not after the first session. That's why we plan the schedule and intervals from the start.
Portfolio
A record of the work in our salons — the place where we publish treatment frames and, after photo sessions, results.
A record of results — in preparation. We publish photographs of our clients only with their consent.
The result usually lasts from six months to a year, with a recommended maintenance session. Skin doesn't "get worse" once the effect fades — it gradually returns to its natural pace.
Nucleofill and your lifestyle
The most common questions aren't about the treatment itself, but about what comes after: makeup, training, sauna, sun. There's one guiding principle — for the first few hours and days, we protect the regenerating skin and avoid increasing swelling or bruising.
On the day of the treatment, skin has small puncture points — give it a rest. Makeup is best applied from the next day, on clean, non-irritated skin.
Intensive exertion, sauna and swimming pool increase circulation and can worsen swelling — hold off for 2–3 days.
Skip sunbathing and sunbeds; SPF 50+ is mandatory for the first week — regenerating skin is sensitive to UV.
Hold off on strong acids and retinol until the end of the series, or as advised — skincare during this time should be gentle.
Alcohol dilates blood vessels and increases the risk of bruising — best to skip it on the day of the treatment.
Don't massage the injection sites during the first 24 hours, to avoid spreading the product or increasing irritation.
Before the treatment, calm skincare is enough; it's worth pausing strong acids a few days beforehand and — in consultation with your specialist — anything that increases bleeding risk.
