FACIAL COSMETOLOGY

Biostimulated renewal
“repair yourself”

Skin exhausted after acne, fresh scars and post-inflammatory marks, reactive skin that "can't tolerate" intensive treatments, or skin depleted after chemotherapy — these are conditions where aggressive acids or laser can be one step too far. EstGen takes a different approach: instead of "forcing" the skin, it delivers bioengineered colostrum with growth factors — EGF, IGF and TGF-β — the same signalling proteins the body uses to direct healing and tissue renewal. This isn't cosmetic surface "feeding" — it's biostimulation at cellular level: a signal for skin to accelerate its own repair.

At J'adore Instytut, the treatment is performed by an experienced cosmetologist. Below you'll find everything worth knowing before your first visit.

  • Acne and post-acne skin
  • Acne scars
  • Sensitive and reactive skin
  • Mature skin
  • Skin after intensive treatments
  • Skin after chemotherapy

How it works

How it works

EstGen is based on bioengineered colostrum — the first milk mammals produce, which nature "designed" as a repair concentrate. It's a source of growth factors: EGF (accelerates epidermal renewal), IGF (stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen) and TGF-β (regulates inflammation and remodels scar tissue), along with immunoglobulins and lactoferrin that strengthen the skin barrier.

The key difference from "a good serum": growth factors are signalling proteins — they don't just nourish the surface, they instruct cells to repair, divide, and produce collagen. With age and after overexertion, skin produces fewer of them — EstGen replenishes this deficit from outside. It's a beauty treatment, needle-free and non-invasive in its basic version.

Three levels of skin in cross-section: the stratum corneum right at the top, the living epidermis beneath it, and deepest of all the dermis. The growth factors in the formula work within the epidermis — the protocol involves no needling. The cosmetologist chooses the composition and the order of the treatments after assessing your skin.
  1. Stratum corneumthe barrier the treatment orders and protects
  2. Living epidermisthe level the actives reach
  3. Dermisdeeper than needle-free care reaches

Ideal for

Ideal for

  1. Acne and post-acne skincalms active inflammation, speeds up healing of blemishes, reduces post-inflammatory marks (PIH).
  2. Acne scarsgrowth factors support tissue remodelling, especially combined with microneedling.
  3. Sensitive and reactive skinredness, tendency to irritation, skin that "can't tolerate" strong acids; rosacea and atopic dermatitis supportively, after consultation.
  4. Mature skinlosing density and elasticity, with early wrinkles and a greyish tone.
  5. Skin after intensive treatmentsregeneration after laser, chemical peel or microneedling.
  6. Skin after chemotherapythinned, dry, reactive; a dedicated Basic protocol, surface application only.
  7. Tired, grey skin after summer (UV exposure)a quick "reset" for radiance and hydration.

The women's zone and the men's zone

What's different

For her

Women's skin and growth factors — why this isn't just another serum

The most common reasons are acne marks and scars, reactive skin and regeneration — including a dedicated protocol for skin after chemotherapy. Women's skin tends to be thinner and more sensitive, so a gentle version (surface application or ultrasound) is often the right choice. This is classic EstGen for women.

The areas we support

  1. post-inflammatory marks (PIH) and fresh acne scars;
  2. reactive skin, redness, skin that "can't tolerate" acids;
  3. regeneration after summer, after laser and after peels;
  4. post-chemotherapy protocol — rebuilding a weakened barrier, without needling.
For him

Men's skin and growth factors — biology, not cosmetics

In men, the most common concerns are acne scars, irritation from daily shaving and photoageing (SPF is used less often). Men's skin is thicker and more exposed to micro-injuries, so EstGen is often combined with microneedling or RF. This is EstGen for men.

The areas we support

  1. acne scars and marks, "rough", grey skin;
  2. regeneration after shaving — micro-injuries, ingrown hairs, irritation;
  3. photodamage after years without SPF;
  4. regeneration support after fractional microneedling RF or microneedling.

Interesting fact: colostrum is literally a newborn's first "immune meal" — nature packed it with immunoglobulins and growth factors to instantly kick-start development and defence. In cosmetology, we use exactly the same signalling proteins — just for skin repair.

Safety

What really decides the result

EstGen is very gentle, but "gentle" doesn't mean "it doesn't matter who performs it or with what". Three things decide the result and safety, and they're worth asking about at any salon:

  1. Who performs it

    At J'adore, the treatment is carried out by an experienced cosmetologist, who first assesses skin condition and chooses the programme — this isn't "applying a cream", it's a protocol matched to the problem.

  2. What preparation is used

    What matters is bioengineered, standardised colostrum — sterile, with a consistent concentration of growth factors. A "colostrum mask from the drugstore" is a completely different category from a professional treatment preparation.

  3. What protocol is used

    We choose one version for acne, another for scars, and yet another — the gentlest — for skin after chemotherapy. That's why consultation and a health questionnaire are mandatory.

A red flag: a suspiciously cheap "colostrum treatment" · A bargain price and slogans like "miraculous regeneration in one session" are a warning sign. Professional EstGen means a standardised preparation, a considered protocol and a series — not a one-off mask from an unknown source. You have the right to ask what preparation is used, who performs the treatment, and how many sessions are really needed. A good salon will answer without hesitation and won't promise "permanent results after one session".

Contraindications

When to postpone the treatment

Some contraindications are permanent, and some are temporary — in that case, we simply postpone the treatment until the situation passes.

We don't perform it
  • Allergy to cow's milk proteinscolostrum is of bovine origin; if you're allergic to milk, the treatment is off the table or requires an alternative version (always mention this before your visit).
  • Active herpes or skin infectionincluding in an area other than the treatment zone; we postpone until it heals.
  • Open wounds, fresh burns, active inflammationin the treatment area.
  • Autoimmune conditions in an active phaserequire consultation; with immunosuppression, we make the decision carefully.
  • Active oncological treatmentonly the special Basic protocol is possible, after consultation and often in agreement with the attending doctor.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeedingcolostrum is generally safe, but we remain cautious; the decision and version are set by the cosmetologist at consultation.
  • Isotretinoin and dermatological treatmentsfor programmes involving exfoliation, we maintain a gap; always disclose any active medication.

From the cosmetologist's chair

The most often overlooked issue is milk allergy. Clients don't associate a "face cream" with milk, but colostrum is a dairy product. That's why I always ask directly — it's literally the first question I ask before EstGen, before anything is applied.

This isn't a complete list — we'll go through your allergies, conditions, medications and previous treatments individually during your consultation.

The visit

What to expect during your visit

  1. EstGen (Colostrum) — treatment at J'adore Instytut — Consultation & skin assessment

    Consultation & skin assessment

    the cosmetologist assesses the problem (acne, scars, reactive skin, skin after treatments or chemotherapy), takes a health history, and chooses the programme and version (basic or with Dermapen).

  2. EstGen (Colostrum) — treatment at J'adore Instytut — Enzymatic makeup removal

    Enzymatic makeup removal

    gentle cleansing without harsh detergents, preparing skin to receive growth factors.

  3. EstGen (Colostrum) — treatment at J'adore Instytut — Preparatory exfoliation (optional)

    Preparatory exfoliation (optional)

    where indicated, a light enzymatic or acid peel, so ingredients penetrate deeper.

  4. EstGen (Colostrum) — treatment at J'adore Instytut — EstGen application

    EstGen application

    the colostrum preparation is introduced via surface application, ultrasound (sonophoresis), electroporation or iontophoresis; the intensive version is preceded by Dermapen microneedling.

  5. EstGen (Colostrum) — treatment at J'adore Instytut — A mask matched to your problem

    A mask matched to your problem

    soothing, hydrating or regenerating; finished with serum and SPF cream. In the basic version, you leave with no visible trace and can apply makeup.

What to expect

No surprises

Most importantly: you'll see part of the result immediately, but the real work happens over time. Right after the treatment, skin is soothed, radiant and less reactive — this is the effect of hydration and calming. Regeneration of texture, reduction of marks, and change in scarring build over weeks, because that's how long collagen synthesis takes.

  1. Faza 1.immediatelyskin soothed, radiant, less reactive
  2. Faza 2.a few daysreduced redness, better tolerance to stimuli
  3. Faza 3.a few weeksvisible improvement in texture, fewer acne blemishes
  4. Faza 4.after the seriesdenser, calmer skin, fewer marks and scars, natural glow
Sometimes after the first visit I hear: "nice, but I expected more". This is completely normal — EstGen isn't an "instant WOW effect" treatment. Growth factors work cumulatively: a real difference in scarring, texture and reactivity shows after the series, not after one session.

A record of results — in preparation. We publish photographs of our clients only with their consent.

What's normal right after the treatment

  • mild, temporary redness and a feeling of warmth — usually fades within hours;
  • with the Dermapen version: 1–2 days of mild redness and possibly subtle flaking;
  • a feeling of "tight, hydrated" skin in the first few days — a sign that the barrier is rebuilding.

We maintain the result with maintenance sessions — usually a single treatment every few weeks after completing the series. Skin doesn't "become dependent" on EstGen — like any regeneration, it simply benefits from periodic reinforcement.

EstGen and your lifestyle

What you can do, and when

EstGen doesn't take you out of your life — in the basic version, you return to your daily routine immediately. A few sensible rules mainly concern protecting freshly regenerated skin, especially if we combine the treatment with microneedling.

  1. Makeup

    basic version: immediately

    After the surface version, you can apply makeup and go. After the Dermapen version, skip makeup for around 24 hours, until the mild redness fades.

  2. Sun and SPF

    SPF 50+ mandatory

    Throughout the course, daily SPF 50+ is essential — growth factors and regeneration increase UV sensitivity. Avoid intense sun and sunbeds for a few days after the treatment.

  3. Sauna and pool

    48-hour break

    High temperature, chlorine and sweat can irritate freshly regenerated skin. Sauna, hammam and pool — best left for around 2 days.

  4. Peels and retinol at home

    pause between sessions

    Hold off on strong AHA/BHA acids and retinol for the period your cosmetologist sets — especially between sessions in the series. We want to regenerate the barrier, not exfoliate it.

  5. Shaving (men's zone)

    wait ~24 hours

    Skip shaving for a day after the treatment — growth factors need time to initiate repair, and a razor is another micro-injury.

  6. Sport and exercise

    take it easy for 24 hours

    Hold off intense training and heavy sweating for a day, especially after the Dermapen version. Walking and normal activity — no restrictions.

Frequently asked questions

  1. QuestionDoes EstGen really work, or is it "expensive moisturising"?
    AnswerIt's biostimulation, not simple hydration. Growth factors (EGF, IGF, TGF-β) are signalling proteins that instruct cells how to repair themselves and produce collagen. The glow effect is visible immediately, but real change in texture, scarring and reactivity builds after the series.
  2. QuestionWhen will I see results?
    AnswerImmediately after the treatment, skin is radiant, soothed and less reactive. After 1–2 sessions, less redness and better tolerance to stimuli. The fuller change — improved texture, fewer marks and scars, denser skin — is visible after the full series, because that's how long collagen synthesis takes.
  3. QuestionHow many treatments do I need?
    AnswerMost often a series of 4–6 sessions every 1–2 weeks, followed by maintenance with a single treatment every few weeks. For acne, more sessions are often needed (with LED), and for the post-chemotherapy protocol, a gentler, more frequent course. Your cosmetologist sets the exact plan at consultation.
